The hotel is right next to the North Gate of the zoo and offers a shuttle service and luggage storage. Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. The staff are incredibly attentive, and it's excellent value for money! There's a great selection of family-friendly themed rooms; the elephant-themed floor has an amazing immersive atmosphere. This hotel's location is fantastic, super close to the park, and getting around by taxi is incredibly convenient. Booked this hotel online for our trip to Chimelong Safari Park with the kids, without expecting too much, but it turned out to be fantastic! The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help. The environment was clean and tidy, our room had no strange smells, and it was exceptionally quiet. The amenities were also complete. There's a fixed shuttle bus to the Safari Park every day, or you can take a taxi. If you don't fancy the hotel food, you can even order takeout, which is super convenient. We booked a 'Tiger Room,' and not only was the room themed with tigers, but so was the corridor! The housekeeping staff were very dedicated; because I accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up when I went out, they actually called to ask if they could clean the room. I really have to commend them for their professionalism. You can walk to the Safari Park in about 10 minutes, but I wouldn't recommend walking to the Birds Paradise or Chimelong Paradise – they're too far. Make sure you get enough rest, or you won't have the energy to keep up!

The Xiangjiang Parent-Child Theme Hotel offers good value for money. With the Chimelong Diamond Card, we could have gotten a free upgrade to a Giraffe Room, but the front desk told us there would be a wait. We decided to skip the upgrade, and the Tiger Room was perfectly fine. The heating in the room was great, and all the toiletries were provided. There are shuttle buses to the Grand Circus and all three parks; they run frequently even though it gets crowded. The Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the staff were really enthusiastic. We also ate at the Xiangjiang Chinese Restaurant in the hotel for two consecutive days. The food was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size. Remember to get a dining card for some great discounts! Overall, our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay, our playtime, and our meals.
