I stayed in Guangzhou for about ten nights this year on a business trip, and I always had a good impression. But it was completely overturned today. I called the front desk today and asked for a replacement buckwheat pillow for the emergency room. I ordered it at around 2 p.m. The front desk asked the housekeeping department if it was available and then responded to me, but no call was returned until 5 o'clock. After I came back from dinner, I called the front desk again and asked the front desk. The front desk said that pillows were not included as standard. The second time I stayed at Suyu was also my last. I chose this place again for the convenience of traveling on a business trip. The sudden drop in temperature in Guangzhou, coupled with the wind and rain, made it extremely cold. I got caught in the rain and wanted to take a hot shower when I returned to the hotel. Half a month later, I chose Suyu again and had the same problem. The water temperature was extremely low, not even lukewarm. I didn’t dare to wash my hair when taking a shower. . . Last time we were told that there was a lot of traffic during New Year's Day and the hot water was used up. It would take time to boil it again. It was only 11 or 12 pm at that time. This time, the crowds were not that big. It was already gone after 10 o'clock. After waiting for two hours for hot water, it was still not hot. The answer given to us by the front desk was that there was a problem with the hot water system. I have stayed in hotels so many times. This is the first time I have encountered something like this. Even the most basic... Nothing is guaranteed. When I checked in for the first time, I was told that the room type I booked was no longer available, so I upgraded the room for free. After staying for two days, I renewed the lease. The front desk said that if the room type was different from the original one, I would have to pay the difference or move back to the original room type. . It makes people speechless. Poor sound insulation, poor sound insulation! ! ! Even if you raise the volume slightly in the next room, you can hear the speech clearly. The air conditioner sounds like a tractor, forget it (at that time I thought it would be a blessing if it was summer? Noise party). Last time and this time, it was very cold. I couldn't do it. Taking a hot bath is really terrible. After a tiring day at work, I am already sick with a cold and have to endure such cold water temperature. I stayed there for a total of ten days on both occasions. I will not consider renewing the lease this time. , after all, there are many hotels in the same price range nearby, so there is no need to suffer here. .

The soundproofing is too bad, the noise of the car is really loud every night, I went to the front desk for earplugs before falling asleep!

總體來説非常推薦，裝修風格喜歡😍，服務好，地理位置好👌🏻 第一次入住這個酒店，是因為週日剛好要在附近考試，酒店正好在地鐵門口，非常方便，去考試衹需要坐地鐵1站就到了 住店有免費停車位，非常方便，不用擔心停車問題。 進門裝修非常好，前台服務也好，也會提心提醒水果和甜品時間。 房間也好看，衞生乾淨，小轉角桌剛好可以用來複習。 對了，地鐵到植物園夜市也非常近！6號線過去都很方便，還能去中山路，北京路啥的，性價比非常高！ 如果考試通過，下次考高級還會再來，沒過的話補考也來🤭🤭
