The room was too old and run-down, and the worst part is it didn't justify the price, as shown in the pictures.

The hotel service was excellent. The room was very spacious, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. There was no noise, and the soundproofing was also great.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and bright, with excellent facilities. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, making for a quiet and comfortable experience. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when I travel. Five stars!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, perfect for exploring Guangzhou and soaking in the local culture. It feels nestled in a residential area, yet it's surrounded by historical and cultural sites. Getting to the subway station or major shopping malls is a breeze, either by shared bike or taxi. Many popular attractions are close by, including the zoo. The area around the hotel is quite peaceful (there's a Xinjiang restaurant downstairs worth trying). Directly opposite the hotel is a lovely garden. Inside, the hotel's decor feels understated yet luxurious, primarily featuring a black, white, and gray palette with natural materials like marble, wood, and glass. The interior environment is fantastic. There's a sofa by the window with elegant gray blackout curtains and sheer white drapes, which looks beautiful. (The room key cards and laundry area even feature quotes from the Book of Songs, adding a nice touch of cultural sophistication. The laundry and drying service is excellent, leaving clothes smelling wonderful.) The hallways are fully carpeted. Overall, the interior is well-maintained, facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent.

We booked the deluxe 2 bed room for 2x adults and 2x children. The room is spacious enough for our needs and very modern and clean. . The only negative comment I have is that we requested for a non smoking room but can definitely smell cigarette in room. However, didn't mention to staff at the time as we didn't want to waste time trying to move rooms as we were un rush to meet a friend and we were only there for one night. The breakfast buffet had good choice of east and west in a comfortable restaurant. We will be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'd booked it for a friend before, but this time I got to experience it myself. The staff were incredibly patient. When the front desk saw I had a child with me, they thoughtfully prepared kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and even gave us complimentary tokens for a claw machine game. Although we didn't win anything, they later gave my child a small toy, which was such a sweet gesture and made my little one very happy. Plus, the hotel has robot room service, which is super convenient!

The hotel has self-service laundry facilities. Although the amenities are a bit dated, the room was clean. Located on Shuijing Road, near Guangzhou East Railway Station, this store of Grandview Mall is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It offers convenient access to the zoo and Tianhe commercial area. The service was also good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. Water delivery was handled by a small robot, and even though I was staying alone, I felt very safe and secure. I forgot to take photos because I wasn't sure how to leave a review, but I genuinely recommend this place to everyone. If I ever go to Guangzhou again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. The breakfast was also very substantial.

Great location, about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The closest metro station, Shahe, is a bit of a walk. The room is spacious and the cleaning is good. It can be a little noisy during the day, but it's perfectly quiet at night. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that (I slept in too much, haha). There are a few washing machines and dryers on the 6th floor, and the staff even helped put the clothes in bags. The front desk staff are very friendly. Be aware that there are only two elevators, and in the mornings, the 8th floor of the hotel and the 7th floor (which houses a dance school) can get busy. You can buy fruit nearby.
