The front desk staff, especially Xiao Liang, provided excellent service. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and she went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. Plus, the baby cot we requested over the phone was already set up in the room when we got there. Everyone, from the front desk to the greeters, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, was incredibly polite. Our baby was absolutely delighted!

I stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Sunac Water Park and Sunac Land, and I found it to be excellent value for money. Just look at the pictures – the rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is grand. Every detail exudes classical Lingnan charm. It's only a 10-minute walk to Sunac Water Park, and there's a shuttle service to Sunac Land, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'm very satisfied!

I chose this hotel for a business trip in Huadu. The area around the hotel has many small shops and amusement facilities, so it's quite lively. The hotel wasn't very full on a weekday, but the staff weren't very attentive. Seeing I was checking in alone, they didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to switch to a king-size bed. The room itself still had a damp smell.

Stayed at this hotel for a ski trip. It's about a five-minute walk to Sunac, which is super convenient. The breakfast spread was great, and the room was spacious, clean, and tidy.

It was a very comfortable stay. The environment is fantastic with lake views right outside, and the breakfast selection is rich and varied. Loved it!

The hotel isn't too far from the airport, making transportation very convenient. All rooms have balconies, which are great for drying clothes. The food at the Chinese restaurant was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for skiing!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sunac Mall, making shopping, entertainment, and dining all very convenient. The front desk lady provided thoughtful service and upgraded my room. The room itself was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and it was clean, with an unbeatable lake view from the balcony.
