Perhaps because it was the off-season, the entire hotel service felt a step behind, especially the hot springs. We asked for three lockers, and two of them wouldn't open. The staff seemed to be on the older side and were quite slow and unhelpful when it came to resolving issues, and their attitude wasn't great either. It's almost April, and the outdoor pool isn't even open. Can this really be considered a properly equipped hot spring hotel? The room cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The kids' play area was dirty and unsupervised, with children running around without socks. Breakfast selection was limited; they didn't even have yogurt! Honestly, aside from the room type meeting our needs, I wouldn't come back.

This was our first time visiting Yun Ya Resort, and it truly felt like a secluded paradise. It's beautifully nestled among mountains, with the Liuxi River flowing right by its entrance.
