Our stay was pretty good. Receptionists spoke English so we had no communication problems. The room was perfect. There's a park nearby but not much else to go except for it. Thank you for the service 🤝

It was a really good travel, and I am really happy to share my review for this Hotel. This was really great. Stay here in this hotel, the only issue is they haven’t give me the gift as per Trip.com

Staff can speak English but not really well. Quite far from the Center. Crowded, amenities is not always in a good condition.

The stay was nice and comfortable. The room and view was really good and service was nice ands efficient. Gene at the reception helped me and my friends check out nice and easy. Would come back and stay here on my next visit.

We arrived at 3 am, our room keys didn't work, the concierge assured us they would fix it. We left for the day at 08:30 am and arrived at 22:30 pm and the room keys were still not fixed. No one knew how to solve the problem, and it took way too long to send someone with a master key to open up for us. The notice in the rooms says there is construction on the 34th floor, but there was also construction right by the check in desk which was incredibly loud, you could barely hear the concierge. The breakfast and location were good, but I wouldn't stay here again based on how slow they are to fix issues.

Location is excellent, but it’s a very old hotel and so much partying due to CNY

Good hotel with a perfect location. Tianhe park is to the right, street full of restaurants and shops - to the left. Subway is 2 min walk. Despite the fact that the building was built a long time ago, it's maintained in a good condition. Pleasant and helpful personnel.

Everything was good about this hotel. The staff was really helpful , gym was excellent, room was very comfortable. Except for the fact the interior looks a little old and carpet were smelly. Hotel has to do something about the mosquitoes probably they are there because of the park next to it.

The staff upgrade me to Executive room without charge due to the toilet bowl and the air-conditional are not working well in the guest room. The house keeping Huang Hong Yan [黄红艳] and Chen Li [陈莉] are very caring and helpful.

My second time at this hotel for the Canton Fair. This is an old hotel, and it shows. Bad smells, dirty rooms, etc. I´m not coming back
