Location was convenient and hotel is recently refurbished. They kindly upgraded me to a bigger room with windows and the rooms came with complementary mini bar and a range of amenities that you can request from them via WeChat or Baidu Bot. Hotel was extremely clean and smelt nice too, and they could even accommodate my 3PM checkout request. Would definitely stay here again next time!

The service was good and they provided free upgrade for my room. The receptionist, Xiao Qiu is friendly and professional. The hotel is nice and comfortable. I highly recommend that everyone who come to GuangZhou should come and stay.

The service of the staff were exceptional. Very patient and accommodating when helping me with my taobao orders.
During the "five suspensions" due to typhoon Ragasa, staff assisted in purchasing snacks and supplies last minute as we did not receive any official communications as international tourists.
It is a convenient walk to local malls and eateries including favourites Dagefan (roast pigeon) and Diandude (dim sum).
Would stay there again 👍🏻

房間佈局寬敞明亮，裝修風格大氣又不失温馨，落地窗讓採光極佳，白天坐在窗邊喝茶觀景特別愜意。床品柔軟度恰到好處，枕頭有不同硬度可選，像我這種睡眠淺的人，也一夜無夢到天亮。衞生更是無可挑剔，桌面、衞生間角落都一塵不染，連浴袍都帶着淡淡的清香，細節處見品質。
餐飲方面也很驚喜，早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，現煮的麪湯料足味美，水果新鮮多汁。晚上想喝點東西，酒店大堂吧的飲品口感在線，服務也很及時。另外，酒店地理位置優越，步行10分鐘就能到商圈，出行購物都很方便。

前台很熱情，酒店環境很好，房間大，住過很多次了，有下午茶房間有免費的飲料，特別特別的贊，大唐還有小吃和檸檬水，橙汁提供，距離崗頂地鐵站步行三分鐘，正佳廣場太古滙幾分鐘，5樓有東湖酒樓喝茶，離廣州塔海心沙碼頭都很近，有機會，一定會帶朋友來廣州玩，住這裏，大唐還有咖啡廳髮廊應有盡有，附近各大大型商場很多，來廣州的不錯，選擇之一總統大酒店！
