The room environment is excellent, and the nearby Yunxi Botanical Garden is definitely worth a visit. The service attitude was great. They even gave my child a small cloth horse toy and a fridge magnet. The breakfast had a good selection of Western food, and the room had two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

This Chinese New Year, our whole family stayed at Guangzhou Mingquanju Hotel from the first to the seventh day of the ***** new year. We had a warm and unforgettable holiday, and the experience far exceeded our expectations, so I have to give it a five-star review! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Baiyun Mountain and by Dajinzhong Lake. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with elegant Lingnan garden scenery at every turn. The air is so fresh, like a natural oxygen bar. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an expansive view; we could see the lake and mountains from our window. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making our entire family feel right at home. The hotel's dining was excellent, with authentic Cantonese dim sum and local Cantonese dishes. Breakfast was also rich and delicious, and we enjoyed every meal. What touched us most during our stay was the meticulous and attentive service from Manager Stella! From detailed communication before check-in to thoughtful arrangements during the holidays, and proactively addressing all our family's needs, big or small – she was patient, professional, and genuinely sincere. It was Manager Stella's thoughtful service that made our New Year trip even warmer and more wonderful, truly making us feel at home. Thank you, Mingquanju Hotel, for the excellent environment and attentive service, and thank you, Manager Stella, for your dedicated care. This was a perfect Chinese New Year vacation experience. I highly recommend it to families and those looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to more people!

An urban oasis! Ming Quan Ju in Guangzhou is a beautiful resort with expansive views and air rich in negative ions. Manager Bella was exceptional – her excellent attitude, attentive service, and meticulous attention to detail made for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay.

Highly recommend Guangzhou Mingquanju! Surrounded by mountains and water, the scenery is absolutely stunning, and the air is fresh and pleasant. Manager Bella's service was attentive, meticulous, professional, and warm-hearted; everything was impeccable. We'll definitely be back! There are shopping malls all around the hotel, so dining is very convenient. The Tao Tao Ju here doesn't have a queue. It's generally 6-9 kilometers from most city attractions, and there's also a Yunxi Botanical Garden nearby. The last two photos are of Yunxi, while the first few are of the hotel. I suggest avoiding the crowds by staying here during holidays. You can consider it as an option.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and is quite spacious, with a small train or shuttle buggies for transfers. The staff are all attentive, polite, and enthusiastic. Plus, there's a wide variety of breakfast options.

I really love the environment at Mingquanju. There are lots of green plants, great views, and the air is fresh, far from the hustle and bustle. Manager Bella was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping to solve any issues, making us feel right at home. Very satisfied.

This is my second time at Mingquanju, and the rooms and facilities are consistently satisfying. The boardwalks of Dajinzhong Reservoir and the hiking trails behind the hotel are just as picturesque as before, even in the winter sunshine of Southern China. The only thing is, due to the national requirement for state guesthouses to open to the public, the area around the reservoir can sometimes be a bit noisy – after all, everyone loves beautiful mountains and waters. Compared to my last visit, the service has significantly improved. A staff member named Hope, knowing I would arrive late and that the hotel restaurant would be closed, proactively arranged for room service for me. This shows a rare level of service awareness and extremely high service standards for a state-owned guesthouse. Mingquanju will continue to be my top choice when I visit Guangzhou.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, surrounded by mountains with high air quality. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is high quality. In the mornings, you can enjoy a run around the lake next to the hotel. It's also very close to the West Gate of Baiyun Mountain. It would be even more perfect if the gym added more strength training equipment.

This is definitely the right choice for a business trip! Bella's service is professional and thoughtful; check-in was efficient and personalized. This stay was such a pleasant surprise! First, I have to commend Bella; her service was so friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile which made us feel really welcome. The hotel is right next to Baiyun Mountain, and waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning was wonderful – the air was so fresh I couldn't help but take a few deep breaths. The room was thoroughly clean, spotless in every corner, and the housekeeper was incredibly attentive, quickly responding to any request. I'll definitely be back!
