We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was very nice and the room was a highlight—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The toilet was also very nice and modern. Rooms comes with 2 bottles of 500ml water and 1 1.5L water daily. And one time complementary fruits snacks and soft drink in fridge. The best feature is undoubtedly the location. It is incredibly convenient: · Just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Road with its many malls and shopping options. · Within a 15-minute walk to the hospital, which is very handy. You are right in the middle of everything you need, making it easy to explore the city on foot. A great choice for both tourists and those visiting the area.

Overall experience is ok . Room size is decent . Very near to eatery places and the train station is just a stone throw away . Walking to 北京路 is like 10 mins walk . The hotel room is consider clean . I would like to give praise to hotel lobby staff Lisa , she is specially helpful with my train direction and my Taobao packages . She is jovial and smiley too . But carpet is abit dirty . Bed and pillows are too soft . Not advisable if u have backache .

I had a wonderful stay at Guangzhou Hotel. The location is super convenient. The subway station is just right next to the hotel door, making it easy to get around the city. 8-10 mins to Beijing walking street. The room with smart toilet was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeepers who kept everything spotless and well-organized. I had to extend my stay due to the Typhoon. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

The location is great as the metro exit is just next to the hotel, but they are with stairs and no escalator. The wallpapers are with some water stains, but overall the others are all well.

Value for money hotel stay. Walking distance to Beijing Road. Lots of shopping to do. Enjoy my dinner at Da Ge Fan, worth waiting for. Unbelievable reasonably low prices to buy things. Food paradise.

I recently stayed in Guangzhou for 2 weeks for working reason. The location is where I needed. It turned out to be a very convieniet place. The hotel is right on top of the subway. Beijing road is just 9 minutes walk from the hotel which is very convieniet for the people who seek for busy center meanwhile a quietness can be achieved in the hotel. My room has a fantastic view over the river. The room is clean, comfy and I had restful nights throughout my trip. I am particularly thankful for the kindness of the front desk staff Mr Jun Bo Yao who helped me a lot during my trip. You made my trip easier and feeling very fine. Thank you so much!

The rooms were great and super value for money. Location was good nearby Beijing road and shoe street. Breakfast was dismal with few selections and the same thing daily, plus the middle aged guy at the breakfast counter scanning our cards seem to be having a bad day all the time, no smile, no acknowledgment

Good location. Right in front of Haizhu sqaure exit E (only stairs, no escalator/elevator). Might be tough if have a lot of stuff/luggages. Exit that has escalator is F & B1 (in the park opposite to the hotel), but when i stayed, there was a construction site blocking all road crossing section. So you need to walk around to get to the hotel. Apart from this, the room is very big with good sceneric. The bed is very comfy. Cleanliness is quite good except the floor that might not vacuum that well. A little bit of ciggarett smell in the hallway eventhough on the non-smoking floor, but in the room is fine. I was stayed on 15th floor. Overall very good!

booked a night for my father who had a great impression of GZ hotel 2 weeks earlier. he met up with his friends and had a good stay here! he stayed at level 8, which wasn’t as nice/high tech as level 11 previously. but overall he had a comfortable stay.

Front reception is helpful. Suggest hotel add awning between subway staris and hotel entrance for shelter to rain.

Haizhu Square Metro is right below.  If traveling with suitcases, take Exit F as there are escalators.  The Lift/Elevator was not working at that time.   Exit E has staircases only.  The breakfast offers a lot of choices but could be better.  This is China after all and it is known for its Cantonese cuisine.  This is a historic hotel with preserved architecture but its renovation in 2022 elevated it once again.  Many years ago, I stayed it this hotel and it was not a good experience.  The staff remain very nice and attentive.  This recent stay made up for it very nicely.  Lots of dining happening around.  Very good choice.   Don’t let the ongoing construction bother you.  The pedestrian traffic, bicycles and motorcycles are everywhere.  It remains a very good choice.

Hotel is clean and new. Staff are professional and polite. Location is excellent.. the entrance to metro is next to the hotel. There is washing machine in the upgraded room.
