Very good excellent trip I will bring my entire family here again

Its central location within the resort is unbeatable, offering incredibly convenient access to Chimelong Safari Park and the International Circus. The hotel's shuttle bus makes transfers effortless, saving you the hassle of long commutes and maximizing efficiency when traveling with kids. The hotel itself is massive, boasting a wonderful tropical garden atmosphere, and even has its own children's playground. This means kids can continue to burn off energy and play to their heart's content even after returning to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the service is attentive. Planning your Chimelong family trip here is stress-free and energy-saving, making it the ideal choice for an in-depth exploration of Chimelong. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

An excellent travel experience! The hotel grounds are expansive, with beautiful garden landscapes that offer a new photogenic view at every turn. The staff are attentive and always greet guests on the pathways, showing a great service mindset. The guest rooms are well-equipped with amenities, and the cleaning is meticulous, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the theme park, which saved us a lot of travel time and significantly enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel was excellent overall, and I'd especially like to thank Shirley Li from the front desk for her attentive service throughout. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a unique animal-themed decor and complete amenities, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. As it was our first time visiting Chimelong, she thoughtfully arranged shuttle bus transfers to and from the park, making our travel very convenient. During our stay, one of our companions had to leave early, leaving us with extra breakfast vouchers. Thanks to Shirley Li's proactive coordination, she managed to transfer the remaining vouchers for use at other dining outlets, ensuring our expenses weren't wasted. Closer to check-out, she even took the initiative to arrange for a bellhop to help us with our luggage in the room and carry it to our car. Her service was meticulous, thorough, reliable, and hassle-free. The hotel's location is superb, making it very easy to get to and from the park. The evening circus show was also spectacular and highly recommended.

The room hygiene was absolutely terrible, and I have photos to prove it. The facilities were extremely old, nothing like the pictures advertised online. Seriously, you're much better off staying outside the scenic area. Once you enter the park, you can buy a fast pass to enjoy everything quickly and efficiently. Even if you stay inside the scenic area, you'd still need to buy a fast pass to have a good experience. The main issue is that the accommodation price is advertised to be on par with five-star hotels, but the cleanliness is even worse than a three-star hotel.

The male staff member at the front desk had a terrible attitude, very impatient. It really ruined our holiday experience. If you're working in service, you shouldn't be giving customers attitude, right? I just asked a few extra questions, and he was scowling the whole time. If it wasn't for so many people around, I would've lost my temper! 🔥 It's a far cry from other family-friendly hotels.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. I loved the feeling of staying in the rainforest. As someone from the North, it was a great experience to take my child to feel the Southern environment, with so many plants whose names I couldn't even recall. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

Facilities: Decent, pretty much all the basic kids' amenities are provided, and the shuttle bus met our needs. Hygiene: Not bad, but it was too crowded, probably beyond their capacity. Environment: Lush with plenty of aquatic plants and good vegetation. Service: The hotel's restaurant was a disaster, truly unsatisfactory. The Bypark Restaurant's dinner buffet, costing 300-400 per person, had terrible food replenishment and nothing decent to eat. They couldn't even ensure basic condiments were available. A definite thumbs down!

Even though it was a holiday and there were long queues for check-in, everything was very orderly, and the staff did a great job guiding everyone. My room was upgraded for free because it was my birthday, and I even got a complimentary photo session. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. I had a very comfortable two-day stay, and the experience was excellent! 👍🏻

Staying at Chimelong Hotel was a perfect experience! The location is superb, right inside the resort, making it super convenient to take the shuttle bus to all the different parks. The garden environment is beautiful and full of natural ambiance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the family-friendly amenities are very thoughtful. The White Tiger Restaurant offers a unique experience with excellent service. With the配套泳池 (accompanying pool) and children's playground, it's the top choice for a family vacation. For visiting Chimelong, staying here offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Traveling with two adults and one child, I've stayed at several other family-friendly hotels, but was generally disappointed. I've already warned other moms in my parenting groups about avoiding those places. Pros: 1. The room facilities are excellent, with a full range of children's amenities like small stools and bath bags. Housekeeping did a great job. 2. The Aviary World is very well done overall. Cons: 1. The concierge service was terrible. When checking in, I was pushing a stroller with my left hand and dragging a large suitcase plus a tote bag with my right, but no one offered to help with my luggage or direct me to check-in. 2. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They told me the crib was 60x90cm, which made me wonder if they were trying to dissuade me, as I almost said 'never mind, our baby is 88cm and won't fit.' However, the actual crib provided was about 120cm long. 3. It's not as well-equipped as other family hotels. When booking, the customer service rep said cribs couldn't be reserved and were on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. There's no bottle sterilizer/dryer. 4. Both breakfast vouchers required an additional fee, yet on October 2nd, the breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9 AM! Is this acceptable for a five-star hotel? 5. After I complained about issue #1 to Trip.com, the hotel immediately questioned the authenticity of my claim, demanding to review surveillance footage. Two to three hours later, they investigated, sent a text saying they'd compensate me, but nothing ever came of it. It would be great if the hotel could make some management changes after seeing this review. If not, that's fine too; reputation is built by actions.

This is our second time visiting Chimelong with our kids, and the experience is still fantastic. We stayed at the Chimelong Hotel, which is well-maintained and has a great resort-like atmosphere. The public areas are kept very clean, and there are lush green plants everywhere. The White Tiger Buffet restaurant was particularly impressive; the animal-themed dining environment is quite unique. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, making it perfect for gatherings with friends. Our room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Inside the hotel, the signposting is clear, so it's hard to get lost, and the Wi-Fi is stable. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and dealt with any issues promptly. For off-peak visits, I recommend a two-day, one-night stay, but during peak season, three days and two nights would be ideal. Highly recommend for families with children!

I came to Chimelong with my mom, and we originally booked this hotel just to get early park access. But it turned out to be a really great choice! The facilities and environment are excellent, and it's super convenient to get everywhere. Early park access proved to be incredibly useful as well. Chimelong Safari Park is also a lot of fun, especially the Little Animal Kindergarten – there's a baby tiger in there that's just adorable!

We were upgraded to a family room thanks to a Chimelong Platinum membership. The room was spacious and the service was very attentive. Five stars, highly recommend! I suggest booking a room type that includes breakfast. The kids absolutely loved eating at the White Tiger Restaurant while watching the animals.
