Perfect hotel for visiting the nearby parks. Shuttle bus runs every 10-15 minutes. Rooms are dated but spacious and worth the price . Recommended for visiting the parks for 2-3 days

The hotel is inside the Chimelong resort. Panda hotel looks newer. We got the family room which is very huge. However, mosquitoes everywhere and there is no bellboy to help carry luggages to our room and the room is far away from the reception.
The breakfast doesn’t worth it, not up to expectations given the price, nothing taste good. Many Chinese families scramble to sit near the white tiger areas.
One good thing is there is 24 hours first aid room with a doctor to help me with my gastric.

Our stay at Chimelong Hotel was a great experience, made even better by a surprise upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
Check-in Process:
The hotel was busy, but the waiting time was reasonable given the crowd. The staff were efficient, though check-in for foreigners could be improved with clearer instructions or multilingual support. Still, the process went smoothly.
Location & Convenience:
The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Chimelong parks, just a short shuttle ride away. The fun, themed decor throughout the property added to the enjoyable atmosphere.
Amenities & Dining:
The breakfast buffet and dinner food court were tasteful and had plenty of seats.
Overall Impression:
This is a hotel we would highly recommend, especially for families visiting Chimelong. The unexpected suite upgrade was a wonderful bonus that made our stay extra special. With just a little more attention to the needs of international guests, this would be a perfect hotel experience.

Nice hotel. Provide free shuttle service to the zoo and bird park. Just next to the circus. The toiletries provided are cute.

I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.
One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature.
I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats.
Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

Chimelong Hotel offers an amazing family experience with world-class amenities and attractions. The park itself is massive, with a wide variety of things to explore, making it perfect for a full day of fun. One great addition is the children’s playground, which was a big hit with the kids and gave them a chance to burn off energy after exploring the park.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast—an incredible spread with a stunning view of a white tiger. Booking the hotel together with the entrance ticket package provided excellent value for money.
A fantastic choice for families looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!
