Vienna International Hotel (Guangzhou South Railway Station Zhongcun Subway Station)

No soap in the room. The towel looked like this—I have no idea how they could use such a worn-out towel. And when I called, it sounded like a robot answered the phone.

The hotel's location is pretty good, with a supermarket and KFC nearby. Downstairs, across the street, there are many small shops and plenty of food options. It's convenient to have a dedicated parking lot. However, the rooms are a bit old and the lighting is dim.

Extremely satisfied, the service was excellent. When I called the front desk for toilet paper, it was delivered very quickly. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, and ordering takeout is also easy. It's close to all the tourist attractions. Guangzhou weather is truly warm.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient, really close to Guangzhou South Station. There are plenty of great food options nearby, perfect for trying local dishes while on a business trip. Plus, the front desk staff were really nice and helpful.

We arrived around midnight, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which we really appreciated. The surrounding area also offers a great variety of dining options, including authentic Shunde cuisine and other local flavors.

The front desk lady was super nice, the room was clean, and I slept really well. Five-star rating!
