Location of the hotel is good . The furniture and fitting are old but bed is comfortable.

I have enjoyed a 5 Stars Hotel quality with very good worth of money. Spacious room , bathroom with electronic toilet tub. Plenty of food choice in the international buffet breakfast. Very close proximity to Rail Station and Shopping malls with lots of retailed outlets, supermarket, food outlets. Highly recommended to all people, holiday visitors and even businessmen.

Furniture is old but location is good, close to high-speed train station and mrt. Near shopping mall also. Breakfast has variety.

Location is continent very near tian he and there are 2 convenient stores just below the hotel. The metro station is also roughly 300m away from the hotel. Hotel amenities are on the older side.

My impression of this hotel is quite simple: everything was great! I had some trouble when I checked in, but a beautiful and smart salesgirl solved it for me. I'm grateful to her and her colleagues for their kindness. I'd like to stay at this hotel again!

Hotel is conveniently located right next to GZ east station. Room amenities dated and limited plus carpet is dirty. Room in need serious need of refurbishment. JI hotel next door is better option.

We stayed in Superior Room (2 Beds) (Room 1222), 3-4 May 2025 as I and my friend attended the phase 3 of Canton Fair. The check-in was efficient, front desk speaks good English. I was impressed by the efficiency of the check-in process, the warm welcome from the front desk staff. The lobby was clean. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. They have provided bottled water, tea and coffee. The toilet is clean, toiletries were provided. The towels and bathrobes were clean. They have free shuttle bus to/from Canton Fair. During our stay, they provided a cocktail event for all the Canton Fair guests, with raffle prizes. The hotel's location was also ideal for my needs, just next to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Will check-in in this hotel again.

The hotel needs restoration because the furniture is very old.Also the gym doesn’t have a lot of tools, it is limited tools and old not modest.

For me, I always book in this hotel. For me, it is very comfortable, but there are some notes, such as the breakfast food is not international.
