Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort

We brought our child from Panyu to Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort for a two-day, one-night stay, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We checked in smoothly at 12 PM, rested a bit after lunch, and then enjoyed the hot springs. The water quality was great, the environment was clean, and our little one had an absolute blast. In the evening, to manage our weight, the adults skipped dinner, but we ordered a delicious plate of stir-fried beef noodles for our child at the German Beer Plaza. The next day, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with a wide selection and great taste. Our child was incredibly happy with the food. In the morning, we enjoyed another relaxing and pleasant hot spring session. The whole experience was comfortable and unhurried, with great attention to detail. For instance, there were service staff near every hot spring pool offering tea and water, and if you wanted to take photos, waterproof phone pouches were provided at various spots. With the beautiful weather today, we even went for a short hike with our child. Mountains, water, sunshine – it was truly delightful! The entire trip, including subway travel from Guangzhou Panyu to Conghua Bus Station, round-trip taxis from Conghua Bus Station to the hot spring resort, and all food, accommodation, and activities, cost around 1500 yuan. It was excellent value for money. The service was thoughtful, the facilities were well-equipped, and the atmosphere for family travel was perfect – relaxing and rejuvenating. It was a very satisfying short getaway, highly recommended for families with children!

We had a fantastic winter break trip! School's about to start, and Guangzhou has been quite humid and muggy these past few days. I thought it would be a good idea to take the little one to Conghua for some hot springs and swimming to relax and get rid of some of that humidity. I booked a stay at Bishuiwan Resort Hotel through Ctrip, which is a well-known and long-established hotel in Conghua. The hot springs are radon-bicarbonate. As expected from an old-school hotel, the service was excellent. As soon as we arrived, a staff member came over to greet us and ask what we needed. Check-in was quick, and they even arranged for someone to help us with our luggage from the road. The family activities were abundant. After checking in, once they knew we had a child, the staff immediately gave us a brochure detailing all the family activities, start times, and locations. To encourage participation, they even had small gifts, and my child had a blast. The management is also very thoughtful. Unfortunately, it rained heavily, but the hotel quickly provided plenty of umbrellas at every entrance, which was a nice touch. The staff in the hot spring area were also very polite and enthusiastic, and they refilled water and tea promptly. There were many hot spring pools, and they were all very comfortable. The hotel's dining was also good and convenient. I originally planned to go out and try some local farm-style dishes, but since the food at the hotel's restaurants, Lixiangyuan and Debei Square, was delicious, we just ended up eating all our meals at the hotel.

First off, they upgraded my room without me even asking, which was fantastic service. It made the whole experience perfect and truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was good too, though it was a bit crowded – probably due to the New Year. The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but it was spotlessly clean. The real highlight, though, was the hot spring. I spent a whole day there and still didn't want to leave, so I extended my stay for another day! The hot springs were so comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful. Plus, it wasn't expensive at all, no wonder it has such high ratings. I loved it!

Lucky me, I got a free upgrade to a river view room at Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort. While the room facilities were a bit dated, the service quality was still top-notch. The hotel has a children's playground, which I'm sure kids would love. Now, right behind the hotel is the Yadong River camping ground, and there's even a dedicated cycling path. The natural environment is beautiful and perfect for a family getaway. I brought my mom on this trip, and she was very happy with the hot springs; the attention to detail in the service was evident everywhere.

We took the whole family, including our elderly parents and children, to Bi Shui Wan for a weekend getaway, and it far exceeded our expectations – definitely our top choice for a family trip! In terms of service, from the moment we entered, staff members proactively guided us, showing special care for the seniors and kids, even giving the children small gifts. The attention to detail was impressive. The hot spring area is huge, with a wide variety of pools. My parents especially loved the herbal medicinal pools, while the kids had a blast in the children's splash area. We felt very comfortable with both the water temperature and hygiene. Checking into the hotel in the evening, our room was clean, odor-free, and the bedding was soft. There was plenty of space for our family of three. I must also mention the breakfast – a diverse selection, with special cartoon-shaped pastries and porridge for the little ones, and a full range of whole grains that our parents enjoyed. Our two-day, one-night trip was perfectly paced; after the hot springs, we could also take leisurely walks in the park, enjoying the fresh air. The entire family was extremely satisfied, and we'll definitely be back!

Staying at this hotel, you can walk directly to the hot springs area, which is very convenient. You can also order food to be delivered to your room! We had a wonderful time, and the kids said they want to go back again. Because it was Chinese New Year, the hotel even arranged a fireworks display, which was very lively.
