Wonderful place. Clean & big enough for 4 adults + 1 kid. Next to mall & walkable to tianhe malls.

Love all the most very convenience to walk to town at night. Near supermarket and restautants.

Location is excellent. It is near many shoppings. Room is comfortable. Kitchen has all utensils. But staffs are not able to communicate in English. It is not good for 5 stars hotel.

Excellent service from the management and staffs. Stayed with my family in the family suite and received lots of care. Got really sick during my stay and they arranged for transport to the hospital. Truly appreciate their good service! Will stay there again next visit

Stayed in Guangzhou Ascott for 5 nights. Clean and spacious modern apartment with kitchen space, living space and bedroom segregated. Nice lovely welcome fruits (strawberries and blueberries) were placed on the dining table. Bottled water was refilled daily. Bedroom: Plenty of hangers, but the wardrobe space in room was too tight so we use the wardrobe space at the foyer. Bedroom space is too small for me to open-up 2 big luggages too so i used the living room space. King size bed with 4 pillows. Bed is comfortable enough. Kitchen: there’s a dishwasher, stove, fridge and washing machine (I think comes w dryer function too). Bathroom: separate space for bathtub and shower. Didn’t use the bathtub. Shower could be better if rain shower was installed. Basic amenities were available. Location: Opposite Tai Koo Hui. Short walk cross the road. Walking distance to Shi Shang Tian he underground shopping and malls. Nice spa and massage around the area too. Taxis are aplenty as well so it’s easy to get around Concierge: friendly and assisted to help collect Taobao parcels. Cute robots will assist to send parcels or food delivery to your door step. Breakfast: standard breakfast and I particularly enjoyed freshly made unsweetened soybean milk. Only downside is they are doing renovations so drilling noises can be heard from 9am onwards. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a sweet price point.

Rooms were being renovated but none of the renovated was available when I checked-in and was given one of the old rooms, which was clean but definitely dated. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and gave me a back ache in the mornings. Hopefully they will change it to a better quality one. And the pillows were flimsy and sub-standard as well. Other than that, great location, great staff, average breakfast.

Good location. Building is getting old, need some refreshing renovations to spruce up.

Undergoing renovation. Stated start reno at 9am but drilling and hacking started at 8am instead disturbing sleep.

Absolutely wonderful i have to say. Booked the 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights for my family. Room was newly renovated, service was fantastic. Location was good, right beside taikoo hui shopping mall.

The front reception staff went beyond their normal check in duties by answering my various queries on direction to different venues and suggested better transport options which ease my travel and time. Ms Hikari Huo in particular even offered her phone number and asked that if I encountered difficulty to ask for help and get them to call her. That is very thoughtful of her. The hotel also greeted female guests with gifts in the lobby on International women day.
