房子户型不錯，樓下是萬科廣場，周邊吃喝方便，離地鐵口也不遠（400米左右），就是被子和枕頭不太乾淨，有點發黃，睡了身子癢，希望能改進。

房間有蟑螂！有蟑螂！有蟑螂！重要的事情説三遍，雖然在南方很常見，但感覺不應該出現在酒店公寓這種地方，老闆半夜來幫忙處理了一下，但依舊一晚上沒睡，總覺得會有蟑螂爬出來，半夜12點半老闆噴完葯在外面流浪了20分鐘回去通風，圖是第一天在衞生間看到的，老闆説第二天讓阿姨去殺蟲，可是晚上又在床上看到了一衹更大的沒拍着，總之很差的一次體驗。
