It’s not my first time staying here. Before covid I chose this place for years of travel and I have always liked it, mostly the location.

1)pathetic bed, i had severe backache after sleeping 3 night in this room. It was curvy at the centre.
2)found cockroach in room
3)the room door handle was broken, and someone came at 11:00 in night to fix it.
4)washroom basin water flow was super slow
5)had bad experience 😓

At the beginning of the check-in, the front desk opened an occupied room for me and told me that there was only one key for each room. The room cannot be locked. The environment and sanitation are not bad, the air conditioner is not very cool, and the supporting facilities are complete.

友情提醒，樓下大堂配置的送餐機器人不要用，系統做得非常拉胯，花了錢還送不了貨。直接用快遞櫃就好。

地板全部都是水, 冰箱門壞了關不起來，時不時還爛一塊，300多一晚的酒店比七點還爛，機器人送餐上來要收錢，本年度住過最差沒有之一

接近凌晨入住，女朋友洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，隨後致電前台，前台直接和我説沒辦法他們的熱水是儲水式用完就要等。你們想一下我當時心情，累了一天洗個澡都可以中途沒熱水。你們儲水式熱水器你可以早點和我説 我洗澡前我去檢查夠水温儲水量我才去洗澡啊。第二點隔音賊差 樓下可能有酒吧 本來沒熱水洗澡都已經煩躁了 *** 睡覺隔音還不好 床跟着樓下dj一起搖擺。睡毛線。
