The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff were welcoming. The location is very near to baiyun train station so if you are taking the fast train from there it will be very convenient. The surrounding area has a lot of shops.

A poor experience in several areas . Reception service: 50%. They are not care Restaurant service: 40%. The gym is not clean . Noise and noise are everywhere. Be careful when booking the Japanese tatami rooms.

The manager is extremely friendly and greets guest with her lovely smile. When I enquired about the nearest mall, she wrote the exact name for my convenience while her younger staff at reception told me to search on wechat. Perhaps the young staff are unaware for international travellers, we have difficult accessing wechat and have limitation. Room is nice and clean. Manager - 5/5 Staff at reception - 3/5 (not knowledgeable, not resourceful and not helpful but I would still pass them as they will greet guest whenever u pass the reception) Cleaner - 5/5

In Guangzhou, we stayed in Radisson and Hilton and many other hotels, but I can truly say that this was one of the best stays in this beautiful big city. Excellent lobby, breakfast, spectacular rooms, heating, cooling, cleanliness and the friendliest staff. All recommendationsK

The hotel is not bad, it is located far from the city center, about 40 minutes. The breakfasts are very boring, the rooms are clean.

We stayed here since we need to visit our business partner in the text door office area, but I am so happy that we made the booking. Not only the hotel is great value for money and conveniently located. The staff here is also very nice and super helful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who need to stay in this area.
