Greeted with a warm and bright smile upon arrival. The service is great provided by the staff. The room is spacious and clean too. Definitely a great stay.

Overall: GOOD  Cons: the apartment I booked was small, dark, dirty, strong smell of tobacco, old. I barely found the reception and the people in area were not friendly nor helpful.  PROS: the lady was very nice and changed my room to a much better one straight away. No washing machine in this one, but it was a very good upgrade. Much larger, modern, cleaner, non smoking, better furniture etc.  I was very happy with the new room, and I stayed one more night because of it.

It was an awful experience; I do not recommend it The reception address is not at 283 but 277. They gave me a room that wasn’t newly renovated as they advertised, the only thing that seemed to be ok was the bed. The bathroom was in a very bad condition and no toiletries. After I complained about the his told me to leave. After that they gave another room, newly renovated but next to a cafe bar where the music played really loud until 12:00 am(midnight), and I am pretty sure that they knew this aspect:( You can find more exceptional hotels in Guangzhou in the same price range

The bad reviews about this Airbnb /service apartment are real. It is advertised as renovated in 2024, but the interior is so dated, several sections of wall paper are pulling away from the wall, and cracks are visible from all round on the upper walls to the ceiling; the shower door looks very filthy. It looks nothing like the picture shown on the listing. It is false advertising! It should be categorized as a 1-star accommodation the most rather than 3-star. We requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. It smelled as soon as the door is open, smokes must have been soaked in the walls and everything inside the room. It is not sound proof either that you can hear foot steps outside and traffic from outside at night. It appears to be part of the Days Inn as our room still has the Days Inn sign and WiFi use instructions on the wall. The only good thing I can say is the location is very close to the Guangzhou South railway station, about 15 minutes walk from the south gate exit once you figure it out how to get there. And there are a small supermarket and many eateries there. But the area look depressing with businesses closed down and dusty buildings. We would definitely not never stay here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating and did not meet expectations at all. First, the check-in process was unprofessional. Despite being first in line, the receptionist chose to serve local guests before us, making us wait an extra 15 minutes. When confronted, she simply claimed their request had come in earlier—which makes no sense when dealing with a physical check-in queue. The room was another letdown. The furniture was old and worn out, completely different from the modern, stylish appearance shown in the photos. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work or browse comfortably. Overall, a very negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service or accurate advertising.

This Hotel is at a very prime location nearby the Guangzhou south railway station.and the staffs are very familiar and the rooms were very clean .provided all the stuffs.You can book this Hotel ,if you travelling to Guangzhou.
