City Holiday Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Exit B

The English proficiency of the front desk staff at this hotel really needs improvement. For a hotel that caters to international guests, the staff should at least be able to speak a few basic English phrases. During my stay, a foreign guest asked how to get to Guangzhou East Railway Station to buy train tickets departing from there. The front desk staff used a translator multiple times, but the guest still couldn't understand. I told the guest that even if they wanted to buy train tickets, they didn't necessarily have to go to Guangzhou East Station; they could buy them at any train station. Guangzhou East Station is a bit far from the hotel. I then pointed out on the map that Baiyun Airport North Station was the closest train station to the hotel. The front desk staff misheard it as Guangzhou Baiyun Station. I repeated it again, saying 'Baiyun Airport North Station,' and the same staff member then misheard it as Guangzhou North Station... It was a bit frustrating.

Very close to the airport, with a 24-hour shuttle bus service. The room was clean and had a TV, sofa, hairdryer, and both hot and cold water. Very convenient!
