The hotel room and service is excellent but we had a terrible incident where in the hotel staff very unprofessionally knocked our door in the middle of the night along with two policemen and ordered us to show our passports to them. They claimed it was to check our passports and visa, but the passports and visa were already checked and photocopied at the time of check in at the reception. Next day on complaining to the reception and the duty manager we were assured that they would look into it and take action and inform us accordingly. I am still waiting for the outcome or an apology. Further, we noticed that only our room was checked and it was not a whole hotel routine police check. In my 7 years of stay in China, never came across such unprofessional attitude.

Hotel room is clean and nice,good interior decoration. Reception services is friendly. Location is close to ferry station to Hk and shuttle bus service.

Lovely hotel with cool period features. Hotel rooms and breakfast were amazing. Unfortunately not a lot of good quality food choices within walking distance. The restaurant in sure are a little over priced. But would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel 🏨 It was recommended by a friend! This time I went to Nansha District and booked this hotel to experience it! We checked in that afternoon. The front desk staff had a good attitude and patiently explained the hotel situation! If there are ladies in the hotel, the hotel provides free Chinese cheongsam for ladies for 1 hour of photo shooting🎬👍. There are also two restaurants nearby🍴 with 10% discount👏. The Thai restaurant tastes very authentic (it is personally run by a Thai chef👨🍳. There are also Thai🇹🇭 folk dances to appreciate😍After dinner, you can go to the beach bar for entertainment and singing K. For breakfast in the morning, I chose Chinese dim sum🥟 and it tasted very good👍

A refined, classical, nostalgic hotel where you can see the sea and the sunrise from your room. Located in the central scenic area, the sea view is at the door. The cheongsam provided by the hotel is very exquisite and the photo effect is very beautiful. A first-line sea view restaurant, the hotel can provide a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast

A hotel full of nostalgic Nanyang style, with tasteful decoration. This is my second stay. The breakfast, the quality of the hardware and the service attitude of the staff are still very good. I would like to especially thank the two beautiful ladies at the reception desk. They are friendly, proactive and polite, which is commendable. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Nansha.

The room is as clean and comfortable as always, with a unique decoration style and old Hong Kong flavor. The rooms near the sea can see the Humen Bridge. When there are not many guests, breakfast is served on the 1/F of the guest room, with a rich variety of dishes.

This is my second time staying at Shiao. I am very satisfied. The hotel decoration and service are very good. It is a good place for leisure. I will stay here again if I have the chance!

The room is very large, with a 270-degree view of the yacht club from the window. The hotel is full of Nanyang style, with glazed windows, flower street brick floors, old wooden furniture in the room, hand-flush toilets, antique kettles, door hook locks, and a retro feel.

The hotel is located close to the sea and has a great environment. The interior design is retro, and the hygiene, internal facilities and comfort are also at a very high level.
