One of the best hotels in Arab Street, close to halal Arabic restaurants. The staff is professional, understanding and helpful. I would like to thank (Miss Xiao Yan) and (Miss Xiao Zhou) they are wonderful.

The employees Penh and Jiang are verry nice and welcoming,this hotel gives free coffee in the lobby, free laundry, they have have a robot that does delivery in the room,
I do recommend this hotel for you.

We were lost when we reached. The taxi we took overshot, the signage on the hotel was waito instead of weidu (I didn’t check properly). Luckily a staff approached us. We reached around 12pm and was lucky that the room was ready, got early check in. The staff gave us complimentary breakfast for my 7 yr old but sadly its not halal. We only had white bread and fruits. There’s a nearby halal restaurants, one of them is Saba restaurant. Walking distance to Meibo Sports Centre, if you wanna shop for jerseys. We asked one of the staff if they could help us order food because we wanted halal food and was too tired to walk but they don’t do that kind of service. Anyway, for the price, to have a large room that can fit 2 large bed and a separate shower and bathtub, its very worth it. Level 2 is where you can do your laundry, there’s ironing board, garment steamer, pool table, foosball, treadmill and exercise bike. Everything in the room was good except for the kettle, the spout was rusty. Hard time finding tv channels as everything were in chinese. There’s no ramp for strollers/wheelchairs when u want to enter the hotel, i think about 3 steps up. I’m giving 5 star because a lady approached us when we were finding the hotel and another lady who checked us in tried her very best to talk to us in english and i think she was about to go for her lunch break and insist to serve us before she goes. Sorry was too overwhelmed to remember their names.

Very good hotel , breakfast no variety only Chinese can enjoy , friendly stuff , helpful every time in Guangzhou will stay there , small room without window not good but its cheap , all other rooms very good , spend 16 days there its very good

Great hotel with all the amenities one could ask for while being centrally located. Peng at the reception was the best and helped with recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location and the accommodations are clean and well prepared. There are also numerous shops and different styles of restaurants nearby Breakfast is both western and Chinese and only 48rmb which is very affordable for a buffet style. I have stayed here multiple times and will definitely return. The staff named Beng is very friendly, speaks English and is always helpful with anything you might need
