firstly I was impressed at how fast we checked into our room. hassle free experience even when we go for our meals.
secondly, e room is clean, neat with beautiful views. e bathrobe was comfortable to wear and I can spend whole day there.
lastly, I was surprised at how delicious and wide spread of breakfast that they offered. I will definitely come again!
not forgetting, the gym equipment is pretty neat and new. it has awesome view as well.

I travelled to Guangzhou to visit the Canton Fair, the hotel is in a perfect spot in the new area of GZ sorrounded by excellent restaurant and a big shopping mall, the hotel has amazing rooms I have always good sleep and in the morning the breakfast is very goods with many choices from local to foreign food.
The facilities are excellent and it's easy to move around. I will definitely come back.

The location is good. The service from the front desk and other members is good in general.
But I feel that this hotel is overrated on trip.com. It's probably just because of the great location and view! I requested a non-smoking room. The front desk confirmed my request on the booking during check-in, but I could smell smoke throughout my entire stay, even with the window open. Trip.com indicates that the hotel opened in 2020, but the decoration and hardware already look old! The room is big, though. While the food selection at the breakfast buffet was good, the quality was below average. Don't be fooled by the afternoon tea. I cannot believe the coffee a 5-star hotel restaurant served was from instant coffee power! I end up getting one from a nice coffee shop next to the hotel. There are many better hotel options in that area unless the only thing you care about is the view of the river and Canton Tower!

Clean & location strategic. Nice view from the hotel. The cleaner are very responsible as I mistakenly turn on do not disturb button, then she waited me until evening back to hotel & ask do I need service to clean my room.
