Had booked for my trip to canton fair. Reception staff is very helpful and also available to guide on every points. Staff markets close to the hotel and near by canton.

My overall stay was a bit above average. The front desk staff were responsive, efficient with check-in, and very polite and attentive. The room was quite clean, and the facilities were mostly functional. The only downside was a stain on the ceiling that looked like a water leak, which wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. I hope the hotel addresses and fixes this promptly. If it's rectified, I'd be willing to stay again.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making dining, entertainment, and getting around a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Overall, it felt warm and cozy, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money.

The room overall was pretty good, and at this location for this price, it's very affordable. The hotel staff's service was excellent. The facilities and equipment are a bit older, but the hotel is very close to the subway station. All in all, it's economical and practical.

Hotel Lobby and lift lobby is smelly. No fridge in the room. No microwave oven in public area. Weak air-conditioning. Location is definitely no relation with the Guangzhou tower.

The air conditioning in our room was broken. The staff were initially unwilling to switch our room, instead repeatedly attempting to 'fix' the same faulty unit. Their only offer was to provide us with a fan. How can anyone sleep with just a fan when it's 35.6°C in Guangzhou? We only received a room change after significant persistence, which led to us having to move our entire family and luggage late at night. We are extremely unhappy with the way this situation was managed.

The location is convenient, and there are many snack options right outside the hotel. The hotel offers breakfast (not a buffet) with a good variety. The room facilities are a bit dated but clean, and the bedding is changed for each guest, which is nice. The front desk staff are enthusiastic! However, there was a miscommunication between the booking platform and the hotel regarding my personal requests, which were not relayed in time. They could definitely improve their service in that area.
