Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Passenger Time Lounge (T1 Terminal Store)

Conveniently located in the terminal 2 of the airport. Good for short time rest especially if transit in the midnight. However, the cabins located along a walkway towards a carpark, constantly noise over the night due to the traffic. Hence if needs a good sleep and transit time long enough, hotels near the airport with a similar budget would be a better choice, though it need at least 1 hour in total 2 ways shuttle transfer.

It is an amazing experience to stay in a cosy pod during transit. Good service. Definetely recomend

It's a cozy tiny clean room that helped me lie down for several hours before my early flight. Too bad location is next to the aisle with so many people passing by and talking loudly so I wasn't able to sleep.

I have not brough any cash since I though I already prepaid and China International Airport somehow can not take card from others countries so I almost have to spend the night on the chair somewhere but the lady was so helpful. She did her best and I managed to have one room. It is a bit small but it is at the airport so I couldn't ask for more. Thank again for the lady who has helped me.

This is the second time I stay here. Convenient, clean….

Easy to reach from the international airport I had a problem paying as they do not accept international card and I had to pay in cash. S bit noisy but that did not bother me

That difficult decision- you have 7 hours at Guangzhou - Do you slum it in the lounge, scrapping for the last comfy seat, or risk getting a 144 hour visa, heading to the domestic terminal and booking into the hourly pod hotel! I'm still not sure it was a good idea, but grabbing 4 hours of sleep, getting a shower and hopping back on a plane for the second leg was ace. Would I advise running the gauntlet of a post-covid dash to domestic terminal? Maybe only if travelling solo & sprinting to the front of the visa line, with all necessary paperwork printed off and ready. No toilet, unless you cross the corridor and you'll need to pay via WeChat or in local currency. But the bed and the pod hotel concept is a wonderful treat mid-journey

The cabin is good and relaxing but cannot sleep, noisy whole night.. people keep walking and talking beside the room as its along the corridor of the parking. It Should have washroom nearby, had to walk very far to the common airport washroom.
