nice location next to several large shopping malls and many choices of nice restaurant, fast check-in process, spacious and clean room, excellent lounge vibes with good view and services, nice breakfast at lounge, the most amazing things is the late check out until 4:30pm. definitely recommend everyone for a stay

Good stay, the hotel is not new but is well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of both western and Asian choices. The room we stayed at was spacious and clean and housekeeping made sure we always had a fresh stock of amenities each day and plenty of water. Special thanks to steven(?) I believe from reception. He was exceptionally kind and very helpful

Front was super kind. I couldn't find the glasses and asked if it dropped in the lobby or near elevator, and the front investigate with sincere supporting attitude, checking the cctv and helped to confirm it's inside the room.
I enjoyed the stay really. The pool was good.

Great choice for Panyu guangzhou hotel.
A bit tired facilities but overall experience are good.
Variety breakfast. Value for money dinner buffet.

It has a stunning view over the landscape of the newly developed area. The room is clean and neat. The swimming pool comes with heat and the kids zone is in a compact size. Reasonable enough in a city. Not too far from Chimelong Safari Park , about 20 mins by DiDi. Few blocks away from the shopping and eating district, which makes this place isolate from the bustling hub. Overall, not too bad.
P.S. It seems this Sheraton does not often use the Marriott app. Can't get a shaving kit/ any responses within 15 mins. Better to call the front desk.

Location: 9/10
The location is excellent, just 7-10 minutes from the major shopping mall area. On your way back to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.
Service: 9.5/10
While the room's air conditioning was a bit too warm during our three-day stay, the hotel staff consistently checked in on us and sent two technicians to resolve the issue. The housekeeping team also provided a fan without us needing to ask.
Facilities: 7.5/10
The indoor swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay.
Room Size: 10/10
The room size is excellent, more than enough for a family. I highly recommend trying the themed room for the kids!
