Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou railway station & Xiaobei subway station)

The room was great, and it's very close to the subway station. The service was excellent.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell. I contacted the front desk and they immediately switched me to another room, which had no odor. The environment was decent, though the facilities weren't very new and a bit old-fashioned. When I turned on the faucet, there were a lot of impurities in the water, as shown in the picture. I checked all the drawers and cabinets in the room, but there were no slippers.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for getting around with the subway station nearby. The front desk staff were mild-mannered and responsive, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They were also patient when answering simple inquiries.

My client chose this hotel for their business trip. It's a chain hotel, so the management is consistent. It's very convenient for getting around, with easy access to transportation. The facilities are good, and the service is excellent. It's a hotel with good value for money.
