It rained heavily in Guangzhou, so we arrived at the hotel early. The hotel specially arranged for us to upgrade the room and provide breakfast, which was quite rich. The whole room was very good. It is worth mentioning that the service was very considerate. Because it rained heavily in Guangzhou in the past two days, they also notified us in advance to delay the room. The first time I stayed at Atour, I was shocked. The room smelled like a sewer... I wanted to vomit as soon as I entered the room. I was speechless. I had two rooms, one with a window and one without a window, and both smelled sour from the sewer. My parents are old and don't want to change rooms. They are tired and want to sleep first. After I called the front desk, they said they could change rooms. The new room smelled very much like smoke. The chairs were full of hair, and the toilet was not clean... But it was already very late after changing rooms... I just slept... Atour was the worst hotel I stayed in along the way... Even worse than Hanting... At least the Hanting room didn't smell. But the service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was very good, and she responded positively to any suggestions. But the hard conditions of the hotel are too poor... Fix the anti-smell of your sewer🤢🤢🤢
