The sewer is clogged and the bathroom can be flooded if you take a shower. The new renovation only involved painting the walls. The equipment was not replaced and the doors were not soundproofed. You could clearly hear people talking outside. The carpets in the corridors were also very dirty and the elevators were out of order. The elevator doors on the first floor would get stuck.
