I have stayed at Ramada hotels around the world and this is the worst ever Ramada hotel I have ever experienced. I stayed here for 2 days with my family and the first night we spent awake because of faulty air conditioner as my baby slept so we can't change the room either and the next night they changed my room and that room wasn't too clean as expected and there was a weird smell like the rooms were closed for a long time, it was an old room. This is the first hotel I have stayed where there is no air conditioner in the lobby as well and every one just sweating. No gym, no pool, hotel looks like abandoned building. Please improve the standards or rename the hotel. Not recommended for families.

Rooms are old but neat and good. Breakfast is good. Please add hotel WeChat and message them your needs and they will help you. They will provide pick up service from Guangzhou South Railway station but NO drop off when you checkout. Also they provide shuttle from 8:30-11:00 AM from hotel to Chimelong safari zoo but NO pick up. Overall it is good experience.

The hotel service was good. They have cab booking assistance for foreigners without Wechat or Didi.. Also have convenient drop service to Chimelong in the morning hours.. So far Chimelong visit advisable . However property is old and also communication in English was challenging.

We have four family members to accommodate in a three bed room. It is very big and cosy. Next door, we pay a visit to have our dinner糯米雞飯。 V v v goof

I saw pictures on the internet and thought it could look like a fortress. But when the reservation was not notified that the hotel was doing renovation work,  went to check-in to be informed that the lobby is still not completed, the elevator is also very bad👎 7 am decoration workers have started working very noisy, not able to have a rest time.
