Response from Property: 親愛的顧客，非常抱歉，讓您有一個不好的入住體驗。泡池是半露天設計，與隔壁院子衹有一牆之隔，難免會聽到一點聲音。您下次入住如有需要，也可以聯繫我們，我們會妥善幫您把需要儲存的物品儲存在公司冰箱。湯宿是純天然的温泉水，從地下直接抽上來的，出水温度是45至53°，如果着急使用泡池旁邊有冷水閥可以加入冷水。您提出的所有建議我們都有認真記錄保存，去做優化和改正。湯宿真誠期待您再次光臨，祝您工作一帆風順，生活甜蜜幸福！
