房間衞生差，最差的是晚班的男服務員，客房提供的壞充電器讓他解決説不關他的事，付款充不到電説與他無關，那你擺這個東西不是默認的嗎？！讓他幫換其它房的一晚都沒有換來，説酒店不提供充電器服務，那付款的也可以，也沒有！好歹你也是麗楓酒店，不是發瘋酒店，基本的服務都沒有，態度還極差。洗手間衞生極差，各種毛還有沒有沖乾淨的馬桶，不用説這個極差前台也不會給你解決。嚴重投訴
