This was good place for our stay, we enjoyed the place with good surroundings , metro in basement with shopping mall and basic shopping stores. We enjoyed a lot , only issue we faced was WiFI within the room, rest assured you will feel good stay here.

Excellent customer service, particularly Miss Liu, she is very friendly, helpful, patient and resourceful. She responds quickly to our requests and offers us good advice for shopping, restaurants and transportation etc . We are very happy with our stay here and would recommend this place which is conveniently located among great shopping malls as well as easily accessible from Guangzhou Nan station for the high speed train. If we come to Panyu again in the future, we will book this apartment again. 客户服务非常出色，尤其是刘小姐，她非常友好、乐于助人、耐心且机智。她快速回复了我们的请求，并为我们提供了购物、餐饮和交通等方面的实用建议。我们对在这里的住宿非常满意，强烈推荐这家公寓。这里地理位置优越，周围有很多大型购物中心，而且从广州南站乘坐高铁也很方便。如果我们以后再来番禺，我们还会再次预订这家公寓。

Nice hotel and near MTR, which is below the building. Big shopping center. This is loft design and not suitable for elderly as the bed is in the upper loft. Poor lights control as there is not master switch next to the bed. Super large screen, good for watch games.

Location is super convenient. Located in a mixed use development right inside a large shopping mall ‘Kitchen’ leave a lot to be desired though. It’s a kitchen in name. With no fork, spoons or plates. Only 1 cup. We had to use the 2 cups provided in the restroom instead 😔

It was convenient to move around as it was close to Korea Town. The interior of the hotel was clean and I would like to stay again.

Customer Service is very good. Up to midnight still can request assistance. Daily change of toiletries and towels and house slippers. Simple Make good bed and mop floors. WiFi is good. Only bad is the sofa at living hall not comfortable and very old spring lost balance. Both customer service girl ms liu and her colleague very very helpful and friendly. View is amazing.

We had a very nice stay in this apartments.. the staff was very courteous and they went overboard to help us and provide things as we needed.
