A truly exceptional hospitality experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team delivered service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail. Travelling with my parents and brother, we felt sincerely welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of.
We upgraded to a river-view room, and it exceeded every expectation. The room was elegant, impeccably maintained, and featured an automatic projector. The panoramic view overlooking Tianzi River Pier, the bridge, and the passing boats was simply breathtaking.
The hotel is immaculate, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Despite its tranquil surroundings, it remains highly convenient, with cafés, pharmacies, and effortless Didi pick-up right at the entrance.
What truly sets MARHAUS apart, however, is its people. A special thank you to one of the staff members who went above and beyond in assisting my family throughout our stay. The thoughtful complimentary fruit gift was a beautiful touch that made us feel genuinely valued.
Although officially a 4-star hotel, the level of hospitality and personalised service easily rivals many luxury 5-star properties. Without hesitation, I will return on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended.
