Overall this hotel is good, sleeping bed is comfortable. If you travel to train station this hotel super near.

Overall, we were so disappointed in the place we cancelled our second night and booked another place. The receptionist was not very professional, the room was below average - the master card slot was falling apart, the room was dusty and it just felt dirty. Let alone anyone with allergies, our whole family was sneezing all night because of the dust/dirty air vents. We didn’t even bother trying the breakfast to avoid disappointment. The only plus side is that it’s close to GZ south station and it has a lot of food options and convenience stores below. We went to Atour because it was supposed to be a well trusted chain of hotels but it’s the first and the last time we’d stay with them.

The location is slightly farther from the station than what I'd have expected. Also, the lifts are slow and the hotel reception being on the 3rd floor doesn't help. Otherwise the hotel is good.

Stayed in Atour before.. this is probably the below Par hotel... Location is in a new maybe 4 or 5 years old satellite town... Not convenience for any things except to walk or Private taxi to Fast or train station... Rooms are not Super big as in picture... Lobby on 3rd fl. Only 2 lifts to service the block.. ridiculous.... Concept.. Breakfast area is not big and the food varieties are not impressive either.... All most everything is overated... Not even a single staff could understand... "Toilet" Just trying to go international, but sad it's not even close....it's better to get a hotel downtown, if you need the fast train there are cross line you could easy... The train connectivity is good... Plus Easy and plenty restaurants downtown...

Nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. A lot of restaurants nearby. Excellent service.

What I like about this hotel is that the hotel is with modern design, tiles floor in the room, bright and clean. The reception is helpful to help with early check-in arrangement. The hotel also comes with free supper. Will definitely choose Atour again if I visit China again.

Lobby is in the 4th floor. That's a bit unusual for foreigners. Service is good and breakfast is also good.

We stayed here for one night before travelling out via Guangzhou South railway station. The hotel is a short taxi ride away, making it very convenient for travellers. The rooms are spacious, clean, with powerful showers. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread and tucked into a full meal before travelling out. Our 2 young children had a good night rest at the hotel. Highly recommend for travellers looking to stay near the railway station.

This hotel has everything you need. Late night porridge really helps as I’m always back late from shopping in the day. You can buy more food from downstairs to go with porridge if you are back really late. The staff are always ready to answer your question. Just add them to WeChat. I did my laundry during my stay and all clothes are clean and dry before I set off to another city. To go to any shopping or attractions , is always 30 mins didi journey but it’s really fine because you can enjoy the quiet area. You can jog in the morning around the estate. There are food and convenience stores below the hotel.

The mattress was too hard. Otherwise, a great hotel with an inner courtyard space.
