Share the same lift lobby with office floors. Very inconvenient, messy and dirty. Hotel lobby at L2. Only have up escalator but need to use elevators to go down from L2 lobby. Long wait time for elevators as limited elevators for hotel. No smoke free floors. Room is of decent size. Fridge that is warmer than the room aircon. (Ie. Spoilt) Unlikely to stay this hotel again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately put off by a strong, unpleasant odor in the lobby, which due to poor maintenance. Our disappointment continued when we entered Room 4153. The room was dirty, with sticky floors that forced us to keep our shoes on while inside—a major inconvenience for a family vacation. The actual room condition did not match the appealing photos shown on Trip.com, which was misleading. On a positive note, the front desk staff was helpful and responsive. After we raised our concerns, they promptly arranged for the room to be cleaned again, which improved the situation. While their response was satisfactory, the initial state of the room and lobby left much to be desired. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The location of the hotel is near to metro station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Helpful desk staff, overall, a recommended stay.

The hotel is still under renovation. Front desk and lobby is old and shabby. However, the rooms are new and very comfortable to be in. Walls are thin though, we can hear sounds from the room next door. Also occassional cigrette smell will be smelt from our room from the room next door. Walkable distance to Beijing Road.
