The lady at the front desk provided excellent service and even offered us a complimentary late check-out.

Right next to Beijing Road, the location is super convenient and the ambiance is great. They even upgraded my room, which was awesome! I forgot to take pictures of the room, only tried on shoes.

Facilities: All the basics are there, but the only chair was broken. I almost fell to the floor... Hygiene: There was a strong musty smell when we walked in, and even with the air purifier on all night, it didn't help. The bathroom walls had a lot of mold spots. The bath towels weren't even as clean as the floor towel... they were dark and looked like mop rags. Ambiance: For this price, I could have stayed at an Atour Hotel. This place is even worse than a Hanting Hotel. Service: The front desk staff was normal; no other services were needed. Overall, I feel like I was misled by the pictures... I painstakingly chose this hotel from many options in the area, and it turned out to be very disappointing. The only good thing is the location; it's easy to get to places we wanted to go. We wasted a lot of time switching hotels midway through our stay. It was a bit disheartening.

I often book this chain when I travel, and this location lives up to expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The location is excellent too; it's a short walk to Beijing Road, and very close to Guangzhou Station, which is super convenient for departure!

The hotel's front desk staff were really enthusiastic and even provided essentials like hair ties and clips. The best part is the location – it's absolutely fantastic! You can pretty much walk straight to the pedestrian street. The bedding in the room was comfortable, but the only slight downside was that the bathroom was a tiny bit small, though it was still acceptable.

We arrived at around 11am and the receptionist checked us into our room. We appreciated it. The room was rather clean. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the sound proofing of the room was not that good. We could hear people in the next room coughing and chatting till late into the night.

Conveniently located near the subway, this hotel features smart home technology and a relaxing lavender scent throughout. The twin beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. They also have a laundry room and free parking, and the service response was very quick.

Lavande Hotel truly lives up to its chain reputation. Both the hygiene and service are five-star worthy. I frequently stay in hotels like this, but Lavande definitely ranks high on my list.
