Everything about the hotel—the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service—was great, except for one major flaw: the soundproofing. The room next door was playing cards all night and making a lot of noise. Even after I reported it to the front desk, there was no improvement. Plus, some of the tourists from out of town had no manners at all. They would leave their doors open and yell in their rooms, making their voices echo throughout the entire hallway.

The front desk service was terrible. I've never seen such a perfunctory attitude. The receptionist in the black uniform was extremely rude, I don't know if she was unhappy at work or what, she didn't answer any of my questions, it was awful. Also, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the faucet knobs have fallen off, a really bad hotel!

I took my child to a test and booked a room at the last minute. Checking in was a little after 8 PM. I was exhausted and about to go to the bathroom to wash up. The floor was a little dirty, but that wasn't enough. When I got to the shower, I was shocked to see rust marks all over the floor. Being shortsighted, I jumped and thought it was a cockroach. I was really shocked. One side was clean, and the other was clean. How long has it been since someone has stayed here? Is it because they haven't been cleaned? It was late, and the child was tired and asleep, so I didn't ask the front desk to change rooms. The curtains leaked a lot of light, and no matter how I pulled them, they wouldn't work. One side worked, but the other didn't. Checking in a little after 8 PM and checking out the next morning at 8 AM was a truly terrible experience. Cleanliness: The sanitation was terrible.

The floor was warped, the room was noisy, and it was quite old.

The room is very big, cost-effective, the service staff is very enthusiastic, looking forward to staying next time

The hotel is as good as always, the breakfast is delicious and the service is great!

The parking lot is quite large, with many charging stations, and you can also wash your car by yourself. The key is that the lady at the front desk has a very good attitude. If you are dissatisfied with something, she will solve it immediately. It is very efficient👍
