The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was great. I especially loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash – they were really nice! The service was excellent, and the location was super convenient and easy to get to.

The location is relatively close to Grandview Mall and Teemall, within walking distance. However, the price is a bit high for the value.

I went to the front desk to ask where I could find a print shop, and the receptionist, Eason, kindly offered to print them for me for free. His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Because of the excellent experience, I started researching 🧐 its outstanding performance and how it delivers such a nuanced experience to its users. I majored in Business English and studied hotel management, but I never truly understood it until now. [crying-laughing emoji] As I walked around the corridors, I saw Atour's "Four Great Classics" displayed. Three of these (all except "Ali Iron Army") are about creating an excellent user experience. They cover the entrepreneurial journeys of the founders of Marriott and Starbucks, as well as "Behavioral Design." It's clear that user experience is paramount in Atour's corporate culture. Many people refer to Atour's attention to detail in its experience as a "**-style" approach. This term is interesting; the so-called "**-style" refers to making users feel a wealth of emotional value, even though the actual cost to Atour might not be very high. For example, many hotels typically offer free bottled water. However, Atour goes further by providing guests with complimentary honey black tea or sugar-free green tea, both of which are Atour's homemade beverages. For business travelers working late, Atour also offers a supper service around 10 PM. For business travelers, laundry is another significant pain point. More and more Atour hotels are offering free laundry and drying services. This service is usually chargeable in five-star hotels, but Atour provides it for free. For premium members, Atour even offers laundry pick-up and delivery, saving them the time of waiting at the laundry room. ☝️ Similarly, Atour also provides premium members with a late check-out service until 6 PM. This is a very practical benefit for travelers flying or taking high-speed rail after work in the evening. Atour has many other interesting service details. I jokingly told my son that my mom kept bothering the customer service and robots 🤖 these past few days, but they were still very nice. The breakfast 🍳 was so delicious! I almost woke up early every day just for the stone-ground tofu pudding. Many people appreciate this thoughtful experience, but in reality, Atour is quite frugal when it comes to hardware facilities that genuinely require significant spending. ☝️ None of Atour's hotels have swimming pools, and their gyms are very small. In areas that require investment but aren't as noticed by guests, Atour saves wherever possible. For five-star hotels, making money in China can be difficult because they often replicate global service standards without modification. For instance, expensive features like swimming pools are standard in hotels abroad. However, Atour is smart enough to adapt locally, focusing on and excelling at the detailed experiences that matter more to guests and that they are willing to pay for, while cutting back on others. Atour's ability to achieve significant impact with minimal expenditure has cultivated strong customer loyalty.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The staff at Atour Hotel were all so friendly and hardworking, and they were more than happy to help me receive a ton of packages! The laundry service ladies were also incredibly thoughtful; they would wash and dry our clothes and then deliver them back to our room – it was absolutely amazing! Next time I travel, I will definitely stay at Atour Hotel again without hesitation! 🤩
