The location is fantastic, very close to Zhengjia Plaza and other nearby shopping areas. There's even a JPG coffee shop downstairs. If you don't feel like going out, you can order takeout and have a robot deliver it to your room. It's a great spot for relaxation and entertainment. The service is also excellent. Highly recommend!

Spacious lobby and room. Overall quite clean. Previously stayed at this chain hotel in Shanghai and similar standards. This branch is a lot bigger, had a robot to help with food deliveries. Although a bit disappointed as the front desk required us to pay for late check out (was free at the previous branch) We found a cockroach in our suitcase on our first night which was quite concerning. We called the reception and they sent someone to help us quite quickly. We requested if we could have the late check out for free given this situation, but the staff still insisted we pay
