Great experience, polite and helpful staff. Hotel staff pivked me up from the airport even midnight, great breakfast served.

Near airport, but only every hour have shuttle bus to the airport, suggest should add bus become every 30 minutes will be much better.

I should say it is value for money for the price paid. The breakfast is sumptuous with varieties and the room is clean with large shower cubicle. The toilet bowl is automatic with seat warmer. I also like the laundry service and we do not have to wait till we are home before we can do all the washing. The 24 hours shuttle bus service is also a plus point where we can book wherever we needs.

I stayed there with my old mon. So I really cared about choosing a hotel for her. It was so nice service compared to the price. The room was nice and breakfast was also so good. We will go back to stay there for last night in Guangzhou to take a flight. Especially thanks for Zhong, Tan. She was very kind and very helpful.

Had a layover from Beijing back to Kota Kinabalu with about 14 hours to spare. Booked the hotel for its convenience to the airport.
Room smells of cigarettes smoke even though i requested for non-smoking room. Basic amenities, with towels inconveniently placed and seemed old. No proper place to hang clothes/robes/towels except for the open closet space with hangers. Was too tired to ask for change of room.

Excellent hotel situated within 10 minutes drive from the airport by taxi. Service, amenities and cleanliness are all on par with a 4 star hotel. They also provide a free free shuttle to the airport from the hotel.

Front desk service was slower than average.
Food was mostly Chinese.
Front desk staff at night doesn’t speak English and those in day shift speak few words only.

My 2nd booking with Ginco Hotel at Guangzhou Airport. My scores: living room 9/10, cleaning 9/10, breakfast 10/10, pickup car 10/10. Afternoon tea was a bit disappointing, 7/10. Overall, final score 9/10, almost matching a 4-star hotel level.
You can directly contact the sales manager; she can offer a better room and a discount.
