The hotel is just perfect! Everything is clean and smells really good! The stuff if kind, helpful and some of them speak English which helps a lot if you are w foreigner. Breakfast is really great: full of choices both Chinese and Western food! My favourite thing about this hotel is that it allows the pets to live with you so you can feel home! The hotel offers some pets goods included in the “pet fee”. The policy for pets is very reasonable- show the certificates that pets were vaccinated against rabies. As a cats owner I really appreciate it, we want to travel to the safe place where other pets can’t spread any diseases. The stuff is very considerate when it comes to cleaning pet owners rooms. I also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool! Really recommend this place!

The hotel is nice, with beautiful surroundings. I walked around for a while but didn't go to Amy Town. I'll see if I come back during the autumn harvest. The room is large and new, but the mosquitoes are annoying. There are many holiday activities, and the hot spring area is a bit noisy. The waiting time for the room during the stay was too long, which exhausted my patience. I didn't mind it because the lobby manager had a good service attitude and followed up in time. The breakfast looks like there are many varieties, but for me, the buffet breakfast without freshly ground coffee is not up to standard.

Upon arrival, it truly lived up to its stellar ratings; both the service and facilities far exceeded our expectations for a 'boutique guesthouse.' It's immediately been added to our list of best experiences this year!

From the shuttle proactively waiting at the mountain's base to the butler thoughtfully adjusting the room's aromatherapy in advance for my friend's allergies, every detail truly defined 'exceeding expectations.' The staff consistently maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion, offering professional tips for our best friend photos while never intruding on our private moments.
🟢 Highlight 2: Immersive Design with Healing Power
The guest rooms' 270° floor-to-ceiling windows transformed the valley's bamboo forest into a living painting. The bedding, made from skin-friendly linen, perfectly complemented the natural theme. My absolute favorite was the semi-outdoor hot spring pool. At night, while soaking with friends under the stars, the sound of the mountain breeze rustling through the forest, mingled with the herbal scent of essential oils, instantly melted away all urban anxiety.

For most B&Bs, the experience and vacation feeling here are really great.
First of all, the front desk customer service lady is very considerate and will pay attention to us from time to time to ask if we have any needs. The staff are also very friendly.
Let's talk about the check-in experience. There is afternoon tea and fruit for free on the day of check-in. The room is very clean and warm. The bed is large and floor-standing. There is a log style + smart toilet and bathtub. It is too comfortable for couples to travel.
The B&B has three floors. There is a book bar with a big TV, billiards KTV, and a camping site downstairs. The area is very large. You can have breakfast on the grass in the sun in the morning! Like a small garden, there is also a super large lawn at the door for casual shooting. It was cloudy when we went there.
You won't be bored all day in the hotel. It takes more than an hour to drive from Guangzhou and arrive in a few minutes after getting off the highway. Whether it is service facilities or comfort, it is a great check-in experience. Family travel and company team building are OK.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet. The price is really good value for money. The front desk customer service is enthusiastic, there are many breakfast varieties, which are suitable for Guangzhou people's taste, and porridge is delivered in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay experience!

Incredible, super unique experience! The pictures and information don’t properly show the extent and wow factor of this property. This resort is part of a nature/adventure complex where you can ride boats across the lake, kayak, hike, check out a farm, gardens, etc. It’s like a nature amusement park, and this hotel is quiet (yet at the center of it). The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. The views were immaculate, and the rabbit buses that shuttle you around the property were completely charming. We were two foreigners visiting with good mandarin skills, but I could tell that those at reception had some English training. If you bring your Baidu translator, I’m sure you’ll be fine.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

GGuest UserFamily! The homestay I stayed in this time was directly sealed! As soon as I entered the door, I was shocked by the big room. The sun spilled in through the window, and the warmth was super healing. The bed was soft like a cloud, the air conditioner was cooled quickly, and I had a super stable sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, cleaned brightly, the front desk is not enthusiastic, must give praise!

LLCHLADYAlways a pleasure staying here. We stayed in November before the rice was harvested so the rice field next to the hotel was a gorgeous golden color. The welcome dishes and breakfast were presented beautifully and they took my dietary needs into consideration. The hot bath was very nice and the room was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a couples getaway.

They also have a farm, eating is very convenient, there are chefs to cook is also very delicious, the dishes are grown by themselves or villagers, the original ecology. In the morning, there is free breakfast, porridge, fried noodles, fried noodles, eggs. All are not bad.

TTaizisenI like it very much. I come on Sunday. There are not many people. The decoration of the environment has the taste of my hometown. The decoration and design can be seen for a while. The TV seems to be not very useful. The overall maintenance is still very clean and tidy. Of course, it cannot be compared with 4 stars and 5 stars hotels. It is especially suitable for tired of urban life and want to return to the rustic environment of my hometown for 2 days. There is also a camping base in the park, which is also good. Come to camp next time.
The room is relatively large, it is rare to have a 3-person bed, and they are all 1.5-meter beds. There is a small garden on the first floor. There is a tea room next to the room. There will be no more places to play. A small back mountain to see rape blossoms and some vegetable fields. There is a barbecue field next to the mountain. There is a swimming pool next to the parking lot, but it is not open. I just wanted to be clean and relaxed, so I don't think it's a problem.
