Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel during my trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a really good night's sleep. Both check-in and check-out processes at the front desk were very efficient, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I arrived and the first thing was to ask me, although everything was prepaid for a security deposit, which I refused as under my condition, staying for only one night leaving next morning, was ridiculous. They accepted and understood.
Breakfast was ok, without more to praise, the room was ok, staff was ok, without any extra charm, nor sparkle. Nice location and easy access.

The quiet big bed room I stayed in this time completely exceeded expectations! First of all, the sound insulation is really good, the window is closed, there is no sound in the room, I sleep until I wake up naturally, the quality is super high! The facilities in the room are very new, smart toilet, high-definition TV, the experience is great. The most surprising thing is the design of the hotel, which reveals the elegant ancient charm of the Song Dynasty everywhere, and the photos are especially filmed. Commuting leaves are super convenient, and there is a subway station in five minutes walk. I have already recommended it to my friends, I will definitely choose here next time!

We had a good experience at the Hilton hotel. I was traveling with my family and my toddlers really enjoyed the parent-child room. The room was spacious. This is one of the features that stand out for me.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Guangzhou Financial City for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Parking was available right at the entrance, and the front desk area was spotless. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, and the check-in process was incredibly quick, taking less than two minutes. The room was fully equipped, and the smart appliances were very convenient and easy to use. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and even a live noodle bar.

I absolutely have to give Amy and this hotel a perfect 5-star rating!
Amy was incredibly thoughtful during check-in. The suite with a bathtub was exceptionally comfortable; taking a relaxing bath after a day of exploring was pure bliss and instantly melted away all my fatigue – this little luxury was a wonderful bonus!
The breakfast also deserves high praise. It offered a rich variety and was beautifully presented. Everything, from the hot dishes to the pastries, was fresh and delicious, truly setting the tone for a fantastic day.
The overall experience was superb, and I especially want to thank Amy for her dedicated service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

KKehuofengshoudezuowuI usually have low expectations for hotels at this price point, but this one is truly excellent. Firstly, the hotel perfectly embodies its budget-friendly approach; unlike some hotels like Atour that are all show and no substance, the decor and linens are of good quality, and even the hairdryer works perfectly – practical and functional. Secondly, the service is outstanding; both the front desk and the restaurant are surprisingly good. Additionally, while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the food is delicious, far exceeding the average for this price range.
For a hotel costing just over 300 yuan per night, it's definitely excellent value for money.
Facilities: Highly practical, comfortable space.

GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is very high. The guy at the front desk was very nice and upgraded my room for free. Although the room is not big, it has everything. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a Zhitai Plaza 800 meters away from the hotel. GGuest UserRegarding the location ☞ the location is really good. Suyuan Subway Station Exit D is the entrance. It is only on the 27th floor that I see Mei Nado. There are instructions at the entrance. There are supermarkets, shopping malls, and food downstairs. It is very convenient to go to the Baoneng Performing Arts Hall.
Regarding hygiene ☞ generally. It may be that the decoration is old. But the toilet is very stinky, and the fennel can't cover the smell. Open the exhaust fan and put the toilet lid on it, which is barely tolerated.
Regarding the facilities ☞ there are refrigerators, washing machines, wardrobes, etc. But why is the toilet equipped with frosted glass? What brain circuit is this? People take a shower inside. Although they can't see the five views outside, the whole outline and the action can be seen clearly! Why is it embarrassing to let mothers and children, friends, parents travel? !
Regarding comfort ☞ the toilet pipe was ringing all night in ”goose...goose...”! Because when I checked in, everyone didn't have water and didn't hear the sound. When we came back to rest at night, we found this problem. I want to change rooms, but I don’t want to toss too late. The sound of the toilet was quiet for a while, and it didn't change. Who knows that it started to ring again after four o'clock...
Will I choose ☞ again? No!
