The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to subway and lots of food options nearby. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also have a laundry room and can even accept packages for you. The facilities are all well-equipped.

My child had an overseas study trip during the summer and had an overnight layover at Baiyun Airport. After looking at a few hotels near the airport, we finally chose a brand under Huazhu. Overall, it was quite good. The standards of a brand-name hotel are generally stable and reliable. My child was happy with it, which saved us a lot of hassle as parents.

Nice location, not many things around but it’s convenient to walk to some malls around. Free laundry services but just becareful of selfish people. Breakfast spread is good too. Staffs are very friendly too! Robot brings your food that you ordered up too

First time trying a Mercure hotel and I was pleasantly surprised! I've stayed at other Huazhu Group hotels before, and each has its own strengths. If I were to categorize them, Intercity is business-oriented, Hanting feels like home, and Orange Hotels have a distinctive design, then Mercure is definitely light luxury cream-style! The crystal chandeliers, pink and purple tones, marble-patterned tiles, and vintage rainfall showerhead perfectly capture that Nanyang aesthetic. The room was quite large and spacious, with freshly laundered bathrobes and complimentary iced drinks. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. It's a really great value-for-money option, especially in the Financial District! The night view outside the hotel is stunning. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and it's conveniently located with easy parking. I stayed in a sea-view suite, and the scenery was fantastic; opening the curtains revealed a truly therapeutic ocean view. A special shout-out to Xiao Nuo at the front desk for her warm and attentive service. Thumbs up!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The cleanliness and attention to detail are impeccable; the room had no strange odors whatsoever, and even the hallways were spotless and smelled lovely. Maintenance is super responsive – when I couldn't figure out the AC, someone was sent to help immediately. The breakfast was delicious, especially the hot noodle soup, which I absolutely loved. All the staff were very patient and helpful. Honestly, my whole stay was flawless, I highly recommend it!

The service attitude was warm and polite, and they were decisive in resolving issues. The overall stay was comfortable, and it offered great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip.
