Jumeirah living is great experience for apartment services. We actually like jumeirah hotel more but we wanted to experience apartment aswell. Apartment has its own charm. It was very clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. The space is huge and with all the necessary equipments. We couldn’t order the food from the hotel but we could order online food which was convenient aswell. The swimming pool is always the best thing to do in jumeirah. I think it’s the best pool in Guangzhou w tropical trees and vertical gardens. Very relaxing. And breakfast is amazing Egg Benedict . The ambiance is great. Jumeirah is very good with garden landscapes even in restaurant all the plants are real. And the most highlight is the live performer. We realized in the end that music was actually live performance. Highly recommended hotel. Best hotel in Guangzhou.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I have to give them a big thumbs up! The service at this hotel was exceptional and I had a very pleasant stay. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist and answer any questions I had. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was diverse and of high quality, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to transportation. Overall, I had a fantastic impression of this hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Def recommend to couples and business people. Thanks for the ad-hoc anniversary arrangement from front desk lady!

The hotel is located in a cbd, very close to the park and convenient. The room is clean and very comfortable, the bed is extremely soft. We had a good sleep, but I think something wrong with the air conditioning system, it was still quite warm in the room even we adjust the temperature to 16-18c.. We asked one of the staffs for help if they can fix it but we didn’t get any answer even after check-out. Anyway, overall was good.

The room is originally dark in color, and all use small light bulbs. The dim lights make it difficult to see anything clearly, so at least give me a bright option. . . During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Older property compared to all the new hotels in Guangzhou, but tastefully designed, clean lines, excellent service both generally and in the Club Lounge. Wonderful food quality and wine choices, beautiful pool with views of the cityscape, fully-equipped gym. Location in the cultural centre of Zhujiang cannot be beaten with easy access to the rest of the city. Would definitely stay again.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.

It's not far from the subway, but the environment downstairs in the apartment is comfortable, and the security measures are very careful. The sister was very kind and apologetic, so she understood that she was busy and forgot about it for a while during the holidays. She did not scold her, and the pillows, quilts, toilets, floors, etc. were all clean. . The wardrobe in the room is difficult to push open. It cannot be pushed open at all on the left side and can only be opened halfway to the right side. The curtains in the living room block 70% of the light. If you like total darkness, go for it! There is no plug or hairdryer in the toilet, and the only mirror in the house is in the toilet, which is really inconvenient. Three days and two nights, I saw mini cockroaches on the dining table in the living room on the first day and on the tiles in the toilet on the last day. This scared me and I hope things will improve in the future. Apart from these problems, the experience is actually very good.

The renovation project designed by the master is very successful and well-deserved. Health and facilities: The room is clean and bright, with complete facilities.
