Right when you walk in, you'll see a welcome display for kids. The hotel also has quite a few shuttle buses for airport transfers, and the schedule is frequent enough to meet most travel needs. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's super convenient. Check-in is fast, and they'll arrange your room according to your preferences, which is just fantastic. I'll definitely be staying here again.

We picked Rosewood mainly because of its great location. It was super close to where we needed to be for our appointments. Plus, it’s near Canton Tower and directly connected to K11, which made it really convenient to just pop downstairs for shopping or meals.
The room had a moody, dimly lit vibe mixed with modern Chinese touches—stylish and cozy. There were lots of clever little design details, like a calligraphy brush that doubles as a stylus when you remove the tip. My kid absolutely loved that!
During our stay, the staff were patient, friendly, and pretty quick to respond. The service matched what you’d expect at this price point—nothing over the top, but definitely solid. It felt like, ”Yeah, it’s good, but no big surprises.”

The hotel’s breakfast buffet was the highlight for my little one. There was a great variety of food—fresh and tasty. Best of all, we got to enjoy the city view while eating. The seating was well spaced, so it never felt crowded or noisy. We really enjoy the breakfast and had such good time .
【Safety Hazard】
The only downside was the bathroom layout—it’s a bit of a safety issue. There are two very low steps between the bathroom entrance and the shower area. Both my kid and I almost tripped. Even though there’s a non-slip ***** on the floor as a warning, it doesn’t help much. Just a heads-up—be careful when you walking in.
【Heads-Up! Skip Lunch at the Western Restaurant】
Since we were short on time, we had lunch at the same restaurant where breakfast is served. It’s à la carte for lunch, and the experience was just okay. The food was nothing special, and the staff seemed busy but not very attentive—it was hard to get their attention. Our lobster pasta took over 40 minutes to arrive, and no one warned us about the wait. My kid got so hungry, he ended up filling up on bread. By the time the pasta came, he was already full. Unless you’re really into the enviroment, otherwise I'm really not recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe room was excellent—very spacious and well-equipped. It came with a dining table, a dressing table, a full-length mirror, and a good-quality hairdryer (not the cheap kind). There was also a fridge in the room. The bathroom was big and family-friendly, come with washing machine and detergent perfect for those traveling with kids, and the smart toilet was a great bonus 👍🏻
The front desk staff were also amazing. They helped me collect my parcels every day, and we could always ask them if we needed anything. They also provided free mineral water, disposable face towels, and slippers.
The location is fantastic. The metro station is right downstairs, so there’s no need to walk far. Even on rainy days, you won’t get wet going to the station. There are also shopping malls and lots of good food nearby.
Highly recommended! We will definitely stay at this apartment again next time

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

But when we checked in the reception told us that at swimming pool at the day time kids have classes, and they will finished around 8 pm, but at 9.30 the pool still was full of kids. And was impossible to swim. The pool is very shallow And the sauna was working not that good. The breakfast was very poor, Like 3 stars hotel Location of this hotel is good. And the design great. Choosing this hotel for my Guangzhou trip was absolutely the right decision. “Incredibly cozy” doesn't even begin to cover it; the experience was simply outstanding! I initially booked this hotel for its excellent location right next to Oriental Baotai Plaza, but I was pleasantly surprised that the transportation, environment, service, and every other aspect far exceeded my expectations – truly beyond what I hoped for!
The convenience of the transportation deserves a full score! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to catch a high-speed train or visit city attractions. Travel efficiency was practically doubled. Even more delightful, Oriental Baotai Plaza is right downstairs, offering a one-stop solution for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whenever I wanted to eat or shop, I could just head out, which is a blessing for anyone who loves exploring food and shopping!
The environment and hygiene were impeccable. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the simple yet elegant decor combined with soft lighting instantly melted away my travel fatigue, creating a wonderful ambiance. The guest room was spotless; the bedding was white and soft, there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor or table, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free, with even the corners meticulously cleaned. It felt incredibly safe and comfortable to stay there. The window offered an expansive view with no disturbing noise, allowing for complete relaxation.
The facilities were also comprehensive. The air conditioning in the room heated and cooled quickly, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, there was a wide selection of TV channels, the toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water supply was stable with a comfortable temperature – attention to detail was evident everywhere. The service, however, was what impressed me most. From the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful welcome and patient answers to all my questions during check-in, to the prompt responses whenever I needed something during my stay, the staff consistently wore smiles, had gentle attitudes, and were both professional and attentive. They made us feel incredibly warm and cared for while away from home – truly, incredibly cozy!
Whether for a business trip or a holiday, this hotel is an excellent choice. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guangzhou!

CCybelleI chose this hotel primarily due to its proximity to the metro and the appealing photos shared online, which initially gave a good impression.
However, upon arrival, the actual condition of the hotel did not quite match the images. The property appeared somewhat run-down, and it was farther from major tourist attractions than expected. Communication with the front desk was also challenging due to a significant language barrier.
On a positive note, the surrounding area had some conveniences, including a good dim sum restaurant across the street, a mini grocery store, a McDonald’s, and a nearby pharmacy.
Despite these nearby amenities, I personally would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It did not feel particularly secure or family-friendly. For example, food delivery personnel were allowed direct access to the hotel floors and could leave orders right at the room door, which raised safety and privacy concerns. Additionally, I found it inappropriate that items such as condoms were available for purchase via QR code inside the room.
Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, and I would suggest exploring other accommodation options for a more comfortable and secure stay.

DDijianqinGuangzhou was the first stop on our National Day holiday trip, and Ramada was the first hotel we stayed at. Considering holiday prices, it was quite affordable. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Wuyangcun subway station and isn't too far from Canton Tower, which you can see in the distance. A taxi ride to Chimelong takes about 25 minutes if there's no traffic.
The hotel's facilities are a bit old. The toilet seats don't have soft-close mechanisms, so they often bang shut. The bathroom is also quite cramped – fine for one person, but two people would be bumping into each other. If your room faces southwest, you can see the Pearl River from the window.
Hotel guests get free access to the outdoor pool at the recreation center. The pool is very clean, and it's lovely to go for a swim after sunset. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery, as there's a designated area in the lobby for it.
