This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

I am very satisfied with this. We couldn't find the heater before going to bed and woke up from the cold in the middle of the night. We called the guest room attendant and they came over and sent us quilts to help turn on the heater.
