A brilliant campsite which was perfect for our little break. Mum and 3 children who loved the pool area which was so clean and well kept. We didn’t venture out of the campsite as it was all we needed for a five day break. Pool entertainment was great to keep the children busy and evening entertainment was fun! Diolch

I'll start with the positives, malta plus room was very clean, beds were comfortable so accomodation itself fine. The pools (both indoor pool and outside pools) kept clean and tidy. The downsides the buffet was so tiny, barely any options available. I was told unless they are busy they won't put much out to avoid waste but we paid for half board (breakfast and dinner) and instead we had to pay to eat elsewhere for most evening meals. There was no evening entertainment as advertised on our travel providers website. Only one one evening there was some karaoke but apart from that there was nothing else. Our travel provider also stated there was hot tubs, there weren't any. Small a la carte menu is available in the bar area. Kids are allowed in the large indoor pool but not allowed in the warm spa pool. The shop on site is very small and had limited stock when we visted so again our provider misled us to believe there was a decent size shop on site. Unfortunately we will be seeking a partial refund from our provider due to misrepresentation as our stay wasn't as we expected. Extra tip - take mosquito repellent as it is right next to parkland and water, there are many mosquitos.

We stayed at this resort for 1 week (2 adults and 2 children). We stayed in the Mediterranean Lodge (self-catered) and had our own patio with a lounger, table and chairs, and sun loungers which was great! The lodge was beautiful and well set up. The resort is very well kept and clean. Lots of beautiful palm trees surround the resort, especially at the pool area which gives that relaxed holiday feeling as soon as you arrive. The pool area was very clean and has lots to offer.. the kids spent most of our holiday in the pool. There is also an outdoor play area and trampolines, and clubs for the kids. The restaurant's menu was good and prices were very reasonable. They also offer a buffet in the evening, but we didn't fancy a buffet. We rented bikes for 3 days, as the beach and most attractions are a little further away.. Lidl, Aldi, and some other shops are a 10-15 minute walk away, but the resort has it's own little shop where you can buy most of the things you need (food stuff, toiletries etc), and reasonably priced. We will definitely go back next year!

Overall a pleasant stay however a few negatives to point out. Our flight was delayed and after arriving at the resort (2 adults and 3 tired, cranky small children) at 12.10pm, the security man was very aggressive to us. He continued to argue with me in Spanish that we left it too late to arrive, pointing constantly at his watch. My children were clearly distressed with the situation but he was extremely rude. Obviously I don't speak Spanish so we had to use google translate to communicate the few words he was willing to allow. It was a terrible start to the trip. The bungalows are lovely but not cleaned well under the kitchen counters and couch. They have everything you need except an oven. The pool was the highlight. It is clean with lots of slides and no major rush for deckchairs. The food is ok. We mostly cooked and usually ate in the restaurant once per day. I wouldn't be rushing back to eat. The restaurant staff are over worked and in turn can be cranky and dismissive. The bar man working in the pool bar is equally cranky. In general it is the staff that lets this resort down. The facilities are good with laundry facilities in abundance along with car parking. The entertainment is mostly in Spanish which is annoying considering 90% of the people in attendance were English speaking.

IN MIDDLE NOWHERE DO NOT GO IF NO CAR Mainly catered for Spanish so for English not so good as staff are ignorant. Entertainment if any was in spanish so my two little ones had no clue what they were saying. Not for over 8 years old children as besides the pool not much to do. Pool doesn't open until 11am which is ridiculous. Park didn't open until 10.30 also so If you have little ones who are up early take lots to entertain. Supermarket on site does not sell balls or toys so take own. Buffet restaurant only open weekends. Pool bar not open all dsy long.Overall would not go back

We spent a week here 2 adults & 3 children. Our mobile home was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely deck outside. The site was very clean & well laid out with excellent facilities for kids. Staff were lovely. Beach was 10 minute walk and Lidl/Aldi were 15 minute walk. If going to Lidl etc DO NOT WALK ALONG THE ROAD as its dangerous. There are dirt paths leading from the site to an underpass which is much safer. Mosquitos were bad along these paths, bring repellent! If we were coming back we would hire bikes for the week.

The absolute lies advertised for this resort are unreal. It was out in the middle of nowhere. No food options. 5 things available on the menu. Entertainment doesn't exist. Staff really rude,trickle of water from the sink and shower,dirty place
