Guaruja Hotels with Gym

I went for lunch with my kids, I read some reviews and decided to give it a shot. The buffet was good , nothing horrible but nothing outstanding either. After lunch, we wanted to go to the beach, so we asked the waitress and she pointed us to the Beach exit. When we got there, the gentleman at the exit stopped us and yelled at us stating that the exit was reserved for guests only. I explained to him that I had just finished my lunch and intended to leave to go to the beach. He proceeded to call the lifeguard, security (have pictures of all them harassing my family) . These people have never been trained on how to treat a guest, let alone a human being. I was second guessed and treated like a criminal for trying to use an exit that I was directed to in the first place. I chose to go back inside and have a word with the manager, she did apologize, but she had no control of the situation. I have visited many SOFITELS around the world, I use Trip Advisor as a reference with all my traveling plans and never felt so infuriated for being treated so poorly . Shame on the awful costumer service this Hotel offers, it is not even worthy of a ONE STAR.

We met our friends at the lobby bar. Fantastic service from Ronaldo. Great cocktails and various appetizers. The wine list is on a tablet but with very good selection. Overall a great experience and we will be back. Also, this location is great for staying anyplace in the area.

New, modern, clean hotel, small but OK room, comfortable bed, full breakfast with quality products. Perfect location, is 150m from the beach , delicious beach, with a large sandy range, with kiosks served until lunch ( highlighting the kiosk 08 - name Good luck, with excellent service , Quality and a little salty products but I think everyone is expensive, even because they are mounting a whole structure for vc and in exchange for vc consume ).Paid parking ( R$ 20,00 per day ) , but the street is quiet tb. Perfect to spend the weekend . I recommend and I will return !!!

Dia 18/07 fiz uma reserva para casal Eu e meu esposo para 5 dias na praia do Guarujá, sempre ficamos na Enseada e dessa vez optamos pela Astúrias, porém chegando no “dito Hotel” na verdade nem pode ser chamado disso, mas sim pior que uma pensão, casa abandonada.. Chegamos fizemos o check in ao subir pro cativeiro, porque parecia mais um cativeiro que um quarto, não ficamos nem 10 minutos já descemos para reclamar e cancelar imediatamente a reserva, eles ofereceram outro quarto mais não quisemos.. Sentimos uma energia pesada naquele lugar, muito sinistro, tudo velho, cheio de mofo, sujo, meu marido tem bronquite asmática, nos minutos que ficamos lá ele teve crise… Olha não recomendo pra ninguém.. Chegando na recepção já informei que queria cancelar, eles nem se importaram porque provavelmente isso era algo corriqueiro de lá, cancelamos e graças a Deus conseguimos ficar no hotel na Enseada Don Marco Hotel que é simples também mas tudo extremamente limpo e o atendimento excelente.. E de imediato solicitei o estorno do valor cobrado no meu cartão caso contrário entraria com ação nas pequenas causas, mas graças a Deus não foi preciso, após 5 dias recebi o valor de volta no meu cartão.. Mas fiquei em cima cobrando o tempo todo.. Só não postei fotos, porque na hora do desespero de sair do lugar nem lembrados de tirar, mas o quarto era igual a uma outra avaliação de um casal que tem aqui..
