Front desk could be a little more sensitive and allow me to check in around 09:00 am instead of 11:00 am due the flight delay. They expected to pay almost 50% of the rate of the room to be inside two hours earlier . The front desk manager could be a little more considerate das well since I check out at 10 pm , I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast in the next day , but they refuse to allow me to have breakfast in the check in day. Room is ok, and they have shuttle services to the airport. Dinner is almost and reasonable price .

Very good hotel, with a super careful team, mainly those working for the morning shift,all I needed to resolve without difficulties,have transfer to the airport and a great breakfast, is close to everything, mainly from the center to buy something and visit the church ⛪ our Lady of Conception.

I enjoyed to stay at this hotel. Moreover, I needed to ask many times to switch on saunas. At 21:00 the saunas were already not working even it is mentioned that spa is open till 22:00. That's pity, because it is time when most people wants to relax after day. The only thing was missing is jacuzzi.

Wonderfull service and easy location. My room was big and confortable enough for me to rest, work and be prepared for the next flight. There is a lot of options for eating, exercise, having sauna. And the shuttle service is the best.

Very nice bed, linen clean and in good condition. Great location for those who depend on the airport and transfers (free every hour, you have to schedule it at reception) the room needs a basic renovation, the shower is on the verge of being bad. There was water leaking under the sink. Service at reception was almost rude, they couldn't find the trip reservation anywhere. The maid was excellent, kind, great service, provided everything I requested (plus two pillows). I didn't use the breakfast, but there is a small convenience at the reception that meets several needs. There is no restaurant or snack bar nearby, but there is quick service through Ifood. Air conditioning and television worked well. The internet has to keep reconnecting all the time. Paid outsourced parking.

I had to stay close to the airport for 1 night due to my last minute change of flight. This hotel is just 15min away from Guarulhos and there is a free shuttle from and to the airport, operating throughout the day and night. Hotel is quite busy so at some time the check-in might take some time. But rooms are quite big, clean, with perfect aircon and wifi. The bed matress is somewhat hard but ok. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. The thing I didn't like is that this hotel doesn't offer luggage storage. After 2 months of travelling around Brazil, this was the only hotel not offering this service! For me it is a minus. You have to check out by 12:00 noon, at the latest 14:00, and if you have a late flight you are stuck with your luggage. When I first asked the receptionist about the luggage storage, she wouldn't help at all. Even after I said that I have 3-4 hours left and would like to go for a walk, shopping and lunch. She just offered to wait for the shuttle with my luggage in the lobby. Thank God that later I run into another receptionist and he was superfriendly and kind to take my luggage to the backroom so at the end I was able to go for a walk, shopping and lunch! Hotel Monreale is in the centre of Guarulhos and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby.

The Panamby used to be a Great Western where you could stay one night and park for free up to 14 days with a free shuttle bus to the airport 15 minutes away. Then it became the Panamby and they withdrew the free parking and charged 15 reais a night. Last time it was 30 reais a night. Note the room rate does not include parking so always add another 30 reais to your costs. Year by year the prices have gone up but not the quality or the amenities. Last time we stayed, little things had disappeared like free iced water in reception, a pen and paper and glasses in the rooms. The soap has halved, the towels have longevity, being as old as the hotel, a great advert for the towels but not the hotel. The free breakfast is a comprehensive buffet of hot and cold but do not expect quality, just quantity. The food is average at best, so you eat rather than dine. Staff can vary from being friendly to abrupt. Unfortunate;ly this year the prices have suffered yet another large increase so we will look elsewhere to stay.

A nice experience. Very friendly staff, especially Joe, who was really kind and friendly helped me a lot. I went for the breakfast buffet and he approached me so I told him I am vegan and he came with me and showed me what I can chose and he even told the chef to cook tapioca with veggies expecially for me. Thank you, Joe!

Facilities: basically complete, refrigerator, hairdryer, you need to bring your own slippers Hygiene: neat and clean Environment: Close to the airport, 10 minutes, there will be noise outside, but the indoor isolation is good, there is basically no impact Services: Airport shuttle pickup and front desk restaurant cleaning services are available.

There are two very distinctive sides to my review here. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were good and clean, breakfast and amenities were good, and location and value were great. My negative feedback comes from their policies/enforcement of their policies from their front desk workers. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM or so after a 9+ hour flight, plus immigration, etc. at the airport, so a 12+ hour travel day, we were tired. We went to check in and were asked for our passports. I (who booked the room) presented mine and my wife gave them her ID since her passport was at her parents house in Brazil. The front desk worker stated that she needed her passport to be able to check into the room. I mentioned that I booked the room, and she had my passport, so I didn't understand what the issue was. She eventually gave me the key to the room, but said that my own wife could not go up to the room with me until she had a copy of her passport!?! I then noticed a sign behind the front desk that basically mentioned certain illegal activities not being allowed at the hotel. At the end, that is exactly what they treated my wife like, a working girl, not a valued customer. We have traveled ALL over the world, including other places in Brazil and we have NEVER been required for our passports at check in to ANY hotel. Very disappointed in this situation and will not be returning to the Ibis because of it.
