Pullman São Paulo Guarulhos Airport

This can't even compare to a Holiday Inn Express, Atour, or Hanting in China that costs 300-400 RMB, let alone a 4 or 5-star hotel. The service was alright, but the variety of food, room amenities, and soundproofing were all subpar.

Everything was great.

Very strange Pullman with mold in the rooms. There's a free airport shuttle. The beds are comfortable. The room is warm. The grounds are nice. Check-in was fast. The bathroom is a nightmare.

The hotel was excellent, quite a pleasant surprise. The facilities are new, the executive room was spacious, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to the airport, making it the top choice for catching a flight.

Stayed one night for a layover. The price was really expensive, but the breakfast buffet had a good variety. Adding breakfast was also pricey. The front desk staff was very polite. Room facilities were decent, and cleanliness was not an issue.

I always stay at this hotel for business trips, but the service wasn't as good this time. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. For my early flight, the previous front desk agent said I could check in around 9 AM. But then the next agent insisted it had to be 12 PM. I told her her colleague said 9 AM, and she replied, 'You're dealing with me now.' 😅 A bit speechless.

The room smells damp and there's mold on the shower walls. No hairdryer, no bathrobe, no slippers. Of course, you could ask for them, but why should tired travelers have to call and wait? This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, mind you. I have no idea how they got their stars. On top of all that, the plumbing is stained, the mirror is streaky, and the outlets are greasy with dust clinging to them. Absolutely dreadful.
